Description of Work: LARRY HAD DONE WORK FOR US BEFORE. HE CAME OUT PROMPTLY FOR A PATIO ESTIMATE IN JUNE AND NEVER SENT US THE ESTIMATE. AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO HIM AND PROMISES FROM HIM THAT THE ESTIMATE WOULD BE IN THE MAIL, WE ARE STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM HIM. HE IS NOW NOT RETURNING CALLS.
