Peter Stewart was my realtor from the Indy Homes Team. He was great through the entire process, providing great advice and being very responsive when I had questions. Amber Wilson was a huge help as well. Since I was out of town, she coordinated getting companies to do the work needed to get the house in good shape. This included getting quotes for the work and scheduling them to do the work at the proper times. The entire team that I worked with was pleasant, respectful, and great with communication. They made the whole process as smooth as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

We mainly worked with Amber Wilson (but the whole team is great). We contacted Amber less than a year after she helped us purchase our home in Fishers to help us sell it due to work relocating my wife and I. Amber worked diligently in contacting agents, managing the listing, and helping us through every part of the process. Their team was able to sell us house much quicker than expected and took care of all the headaches that came up. Almost wish we could move back just to work with them again.

The team got the house sold and helped us make important decisions throughout the process. The key to success for Kristie's business is her team. I felt like I had a relationship with three people vs. one. There were some hiccups along the way, but Kristie was always willing to talk through possible solutions and provide her professional opinion. Right in the middle of getting an offer on our house, Kristie lost her own personal residence to a house fire. Even in this life changing event, her service level didn't skip a beat and this is when her supportive team approach became even more valuable.

Outstanding in a word! They provided twice the service I expected. They were there every step of the way as my advocate through insurance work and renovating for the sale of my home. I was so amazed with them that I also asked them to help me buy another home 8 months later. They work fluidly as a team. I worked mostly with Amber and Sara. Kristie Smith always provides excellent service when selling our homes! Her team is very skilled in giving recommendations for home prepping and staging before the house is listed. Those finishing touches ensure that we are a step above our competitors and we always sell quickly and at our desired price! She kept us on track with the requirements we were looking for in this purchase, and we really valued her feedback!

Kristie and her team provided superior customer service. Kristie provided excellent recommendations on things that I needed to do to the house to get the best sale price. Amber made all the appointments with the contractors, interviewed them, got estimates, and helped arrange the logistics to get the work done -- and throughout the process ensured that the work was properly completed. Because I work full time, the process would have taken much longer had I been responsible for making all those arrangements and meeting with the contractors. Kristie and her team do a great job marketing the house. Thanks to Kristie and Amber, my house sold for the asking price within eight hours of being listed. Once the house sold, Amy took care of all of the logistics for post-sale activities and the closing. In purchasing a new house to be built -- a totally new experience for me -- Kristie went with me to the various meetings and helped me understand the process, as well as decide on various upgrades and components. Not only does she know her stuff on the legal/technical end of the process, she was spot on in her recommendations on the upgrades and other features. The new house is perfect! I couldn't have asked for a smoother process in selling and buying a house -- Kristie and her team are great! I would highly recommend to anyone interested in buying or selling!

I specifically worked with Sara Parker. Sara, along with the rest of the INDY Homes team was awesome. I bought a home in the Chatam Arch neighborhood, an area that is very popular right now. As soon as a property was on the market I was contacted by Sara. The process moved quickly as homes in the Chatam Arch neighborhood do not stay on the market very long. I was the first one to put an offer on the home at very reasonably price. Sara obviously knows the downtown market very well. I worked with Stonegate Mortgage per the recommendation of the Indy Homes Team. Stonegate did a wonderful job which helped expedite the process. The Indy Homes team is clearly the cream of the crop in Indianapolis. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a home downtown or elsewhere. They know the market well and have tremendous relationships with other brokers that can expedite the process.

I contacted Kristie Smith after reading wonderful reviews on Angie's List. Based on my needs, Kristie set us up with Amy McIntire to help us find a home upon our relocation from another state. Amy was so much fun to work with. Beyond that, she was VERY knowledgeable on the housing market and the Indianapolis area. She knew the available housing inventory and could streamline the list of houses to visit which saved us a lot of time. Amy listened to all of our "wants" and "must-haves" and gained a sense of what would work for us even if we didn't say the right words. She truly knows her profession. She made the whole process (from looking at houses to the final closing date) easy and smooth. Last but not least, she was always available to us -- beyond the call of duty. She fielded all of our calls and emails no matter how busy she was. We cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for a home in the Indianapolis area whether you are local or moving from out of state, Amy will be a tremendous resource to you!

Amy and her team did an excellent job of marketing, showing, and communicating about the sale of our properties. The listings they created were professional and well thought-out. Especially helpful were the weekly reports about which advertising venues -- Facebook, MIBOR, other sources-- were producing the most hits. One of the two properties that Amy represented us on was a challenge: a lovely old home in a transitional neighborhood. The photos looked great, but the area scared away some buyers without vision! The day before what turned out to be the showing to the eventual buyer there was a heavy snowstorm. This was a Sunday. We live out-of-state, and relied on Amy and her team to make the house presentable. The husband of someone in the office came to the house to shovel snow. Did that little act sell the property? Probably not, but it didn't hurt, and it might have made that small difference. A team of total professionals who know what they are doing and do it well. We would certainly use them again.

I spoke with Kristie about a home we are considering selling in Zionsville - she was terrific! While we've decided not to sell right away (based on her recommendation), she had many great tips and good advice for when we do make the decision to sell. I'll definitely be calling Kristie when the time comes.

Peter Stewart came out and walked thru the building. He pointed out potential problem areas that would need to be addressed if we were to list the property, and made an estimate of possible costs to address the problems. He followed up on the visit with an e-mail stating his recommendations, and sent a follow-up communication March 25th to see if his earlier communication was helpful.

We had a very easy and pleasurable first time home buying experience thanks to Amy. She was there whenever we had a question and was very quick to respond to us. We never had to wait and she was very quick when we decided to put an offer on our home and made sure that we didn't over pay, so that we walked away with the better deal. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be hiring them again when we choose to sell!

Kristie was awesome! I couldn't believe how willing she was to engage in every step of our journey. She spent many hours simply educating us on our options and helping us think through pros and cons. Once we made the decision to build, she spent more time introducing us to various builders and locations. Once we had settled on specifics, she really went to bat for us during the negotiations and secured a deal we are sure we wouldn't have been able to secure on our own. She followed up constantly during the process, making sure we were being treated well and that our experience with the builder continued to be positive. Toward the end, as disagreements arose, she went to bat again for us on items that had been discussed and verbally agreed to but hadn't made their way into the contract. We've never had an experience like this with an agent before and would seriously recommend her services to anyone. Her execution was flawless!

Kristie and Amy are unbelievable. They helped us get our house into selling shape, with inexpensive re-decorating ideas and quick fixes. Then, they hired an amazing photographer to take beautiful pictures of our home. They put the house on the market, including a website with virtual tours. When we got our first offer, they helped us navigate through the process, as we had never sold a home before. Our first buyer dropped out for personal reasons, but Kristie and Amy kept us on track! They even coordinated and supervised repair services for our house after we had moved out of state!!! When our second offer came around, Kristie and Amy helped us with all the details. They were reliable, always available, super-knowledgeable about the local market, and simply great at their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone!

We worked with Amy McIntyre from the Kristie Smith's team. She represented us as a Buyer's agent during our new house construction. I had met Amy a year before while one of my work colleague was buying a house through her. Based on his recommendation we chose Amy as our agent and I guess we made a great start in house purchase by having Amy on our side. At every step during our house purchase Amy came with us and made sure that we are making right choices. She also helped us to select upgrades while keeping our budget in limits. She walked with us during design center appointments and helped us choose all the options. She also helped us during final walk through and at the closing. The most important quality that Amy posses is her openness, if she did not like anything she will be the first one to give her opinion with a reason, typically this quality is not seen in many agents. Amy is very detail oriented, e.g. she has picked on every small thing that needed to be addressed right before closing, which would have been typically overlooked by us. Amy was punctual, well-mannered and knowing her work in detail. Overall, we are very pleased with her work and without hesitation happy to recommend her to others and use her as our agent in future!!

In addition to working and responding quickly, their team is set up so that every facet of the home sale process is taken care of by a deliberate plan with multiple people/technologies being involved. We worked with Amy McIntyre - we had been looking with another realtor for about a year prior to working with her. Initially, we looked around for homes and were not successful in finding what we wanted and so ended up building a home. Amy was very helpful in looking for a home, and we appreciate her giving us an objective opinion, when we asked - something that not all realtors provide in our experience. When we built, Amy gave us plenty of space to do decide on what we wanted, but we had a few issues with the builder during the construction, and whenever we did, she was always there to help us. Building is a time consuming/intensive experience, and it was nice to know that we had someone to help us. We had a great experience working with her and appreciate her help.
