We had a terrific experience with Kristie Smith and her team. We initially worked with Amy to find our new dream home. Amy was very relaxed, patient, and had good insights on homes we looked at, often times pointing out items we overlooked. Amy was super helpful during the negotiation process. We then went to work to sell our old house. Kristie was fantastic, she gave us a list of recommended work to get the house ready to show, and even arranged for contractors for work we didn’t want to tackle ourselves. She and her team made multiple visits to our home prior to going on the market to ensure our home was in best possible showing condition. The research she did to price our home was very thorough, and the strategy for listing and showing was outstanding. We ultimately got four offers, three well above asking, at a price higher than we initially thought possible. Would hire Kristie again.

Amy McIntyre and the Indy Homes team are truly the best of the best! Amy is an excellent listener and heard everything that we were looking for in a house - she even heard all of the things that we didn't mention. She just knew! Her sense of humor and honesty made her so much fun to work with! She educated us along the way, she was patient, and the listings she sent us were spot on. She was available quickly when we liked a house and she was great at keeping us in the loop throughout the process. If it wasn't for that we never would've closed on the home we'll spend the next 20+ years!

It's been 16 years since we last purchased a home, so when we started this process we felt like first-time buyers again.
