Kristie Smith's Indy Homes Team, especially Tracey O'Brien and Adrienne Riggles, were phenomenal. From the first meeting with Tracey I was impressed. She had a plan already set, had done her home work and was enthusiastic. The photos of my home were beautiful and within a couple of days I had multiple offers. The process of paperwork and scheduling were seamless thanks to Adrienne's attention to detail. I would recommend the magic of this team to anyone looking for a realtor to sell their home. Ten years ago Kristi Smith sold my house. Amy McIntyre listened to not only my needs, but my wants, as well as my extremely short deadline and definitely delivered! Very well. They steered us through some home inspection issues. Their professionalism shined through. Their communications were very good leading us through step by step procedures from offer through closing.

Our decision to move happened pretty fast, but our house needed a fair amount of work before it could be listed. Kristie brought us clear advice on how to market and sell our home, and also brought a team of trusted partners to do everything from painting to dry way to floor refinishing. She gave us clear advice on what we needed to do and what we didn't. Overall her guidance made the process more efficient and effective, which took a burden off our family.
