She followed up with me a couple of weeks later via email - I appreciated the reminder and that it was done in a non-agressive way. She priced my 34 year old home to sell, even in this difficult market. She explained in detail how she arrived at the asking price. Jennifer was VERY helpful in securing estimates for repairs needing to be done as per the inspection report since I was out of town and unavailable. I relied upone Jennifer's experience during negotiations and so far, everything has gone smoothly. We close tomorrow!

The agent, Jennie Franklin, spent many hours with me locatiog the perfect home for me to buy. After several second showings, I found just what I wanted and am now re-located to the one story home I wanted. I can't say enough about the personal service that I recieved, among other things, the agent came to my house and advised me on how to stage my home to give it the perfect look. I feel that is one reason that it sold so quickly. All of my phone calls were returned in a timely manner(I had a lot). I would definitely use this team again.

Response time to my initial phone call for them to list my condo was about 24 hours however, the 2nd phone call was not returned for 3 days. They don't seem to want my business.
