The Indy Homes team was fantastic. Especially Kristie Smith. I had never worked with Kristie or her team before but I must say I was blown away by their knowledge , professionalism, and expertise in handling my real estate transactions. I have used other agents in Indianapolis before for not only my personal residences but also investment property purchases and I wish I would have used Kristie and the Indy Homes Team from the start. What was so impressive was their ability to zero in on exactly what my home needed to get ready to be sold and once it was sold based on their guidance my search for a new home was basically effortless. They just had all the information I needed to make the biggest financial decision of my life. I would absolutely use them again for anything involving buying or selling a home.

Our house sold fast, for full price and closed right on time. Inspection went well and we were well consulted and informed the entire way. Amber was a great advocate for our needs.

Everything went great from the day I met Amber. She was very professional and took the time to get to know me, both during and after the showings. While we looked at the many houses she would ask what I was thinking, and what I liked/disliked about the house. As a first time home buyer, I found this assistance very helpful. Amber was very prompt in responding via e-mail to any questions I asked. I would sometimes get responses during the weekend within minutes of sending the e-mail; how is that for service? At the end of the day, she helped me find the home I was looking for in terms of price, and my requirements I wanted in the house. We love working for their clients because of the good care taken by the Indy Homes team in negotiating the contracts and covering every detail of the real estate transaction. I have had a wonderful experience with Keller-Williams and their agent Amy McIntyre. Amy went to great efforts to help me find a house in Indianapolis. I moved to Indy in July, but started my search in February when I visited the city for a few days. My first plan was to buy a house before I actually moved to Indy. In February, I was not ready to start looking seriously for houses, but Amy met me and she drove me all over Indy and surrounding areas to help me get a feel for the city. Based on what I saw and my personal preferences for location and a house, Amy arranged to have information on houses sent to me by email. These were updated as new houses came on the market or new information developed on the previously listed houses. By April I was ready to start looking at specific houses and I came to Indy to look at house with Amy for a weekend. I found a house and put a bid on it that was accepted. Amy handled everything about the house, including getting the house inspected and dealing with the owner's agent. This was especially helpful since I was living in Florida at the time. Unfortunately the house had some problems with it and I did not buy that house. So I had to move to Indy to start work without a house. Amy made arrangements for me to stay at a local extended stay hotel near my work. Once in Indy, Amy continued to show hoses to me that I had selected. But, the house I finally went with was selected by Amy based on how she saw my needs. I just closed on the house a few days ago, and, without a doubt, it is the best house I looked at. All through the process Amy was extremely helpful. She took care of everything in dealing with the other agents, owners and other people (e.g. inspectors, appraiser). She made certain that I contacted the people I needed to contact (insurance, title company, bank, etc) so I would be ready for the closing. Amy kept me posted every step of the way and was always more than willing to answer my questions or show me any house that I was interested in. I only have good things to say about Amy McIntyre and Keller-Williams and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy or sell in Indianapolis. When the time comes for me to sell, I will look them up first.

Kristie & her team were amazing & I could not imagine using anyone else throughout this process. Excellent. It is a pleasure to find a real estate agent who really listens to a customers' needs and wants, rather than steer them towards what is available and 'hot'. Amy McIntyre was able to find and help us buy a property with great location. Along the way she gave us very good advice on the pros and cons of multiple properties we looked at. She also helped us find a good inspection team, connected us with good contractors and a mortgage broker as well. She and her associate Amber Wilson helped smooth over the inevitable speed bumps to a good conclusion. Our family was working from a couple of different locations, and the electronic document signing process and very prompt and responsive feedback kept us moving on transactions. Amy made this experience smooth and exciting from the beginning. We communicated for months through email before we ready to start looking. We had our initial meeting at their office about 2 months before we closed on our home. Amy asked questions that showed us she was looking out for exactly what we wanted. She also covered how the process works from start to finish, and what to expect if something pops up. We were showed all the houses we wanted to see and Amy was able to find others that we would not have found on our own. She was honest about areas that may not have been the best fit for us, with an explanation on each. My wife and I found a house that we really wanted to see the day before Amy had a planned vacation. After reaching out to Amy around 9pm about the house, she fit room in her schedule to take us to see the house early the next morning before she left for her trip. We wanted to put an aggressive offer on the home right away. Amy came up with an offer that eventually allowed us to beat out the other bidders and to close on our new home. After a terrible experience using another real estate agent in the past, we decided to go with his company because of all of the detailed positive reviews. We are extremely happy with this company. Amy is very personable and professional. After closing Amy gave us a gift based on a conversation that we had had earlier in our search. As first time home buyers, we were rather nervous going into this process. We didn't know what to expect but that nervous feeling was quickly put to rest when we met Amy McIntyre. She began by explaining how the process would work. She then started sending us homes to look at shortly after our first meeting. As we began to narrow down the possibilities, Amy steered us away from possible trouble houses. She explained why some homes are better than others and about the resell process someday down the road. Once we started touring the homes, Amy provided us with a very flexible time schedule and even met with us during a crazy snow storm. We were able to narrow down our choice to one house. The experience I had with Amber Wilson was FABULOUS! As a first-time home buyer, I had no clue where to even begin. I had been put in touch with Amber in order to go look at a house I saw online.
