All we can say is WOW. I wish Indy Homes Team also provides other services so that I can hire and work with them more often. We will definitely use Amber and Indy Homes Team again.  Amber is a very detail oriented person. Somehow she can remember all of the little details related to my home purchase. In our cases, it is more amazing because our new house took 8 months to complete and she worked with us in every step, and she could recall all the small details we ever discussed.
Amber always tried to create a win-win situation for everyone. Yes, she (and me) probably created some headaches and heartburns for my builder but at the same time, she was always professional, fair, and always had her smile and cheerful demeanor on during the difficult conversations with the builder. After each incident, my builder always said Amber really had earned her fees, she was tough but fair, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.
I don?t think I can go through the headaches of building a new home without Amber and the Indy Home Teams. If you are THINKING ABOUT BUILDING A NEW HOUSE, I would strongly recommended Amber and Indy Home Teams. They will save you money with their exceptional negotiating skills, arm you with home buying and construction knowledge, protect you with experienced inspectors and engineers, fight for you when something goes wrong during construction. You can just relax because you can trust Amber and Indy Home Teams will get things done, no matter what it takes.

The house sold in approximately 6 days which was fantastic. However, through no fault of Sara's, the Title Company that was used, First American Title Insurance Company and Title Links, LLC,, was a nightmare.  Delaying closing for several weeks and costing me significantly more out of pocket which I was told was not legally necessary.  Therefore, I would check on which title company would be used at closing before deciding to go with this company.

Our real estate agent, Amber Wilson, and the rest of the Kristie Smith team guided us through the process of purchasing our new home.  They were on top of every deadline and made the process as seamless as possible for us.  Amber worked with us to understand what we wanted in a home and worked around our very tight timeframe.  She helped us to decide what home would suit our needs, but also be a sound investment.  We were never pressured to look at more expensive homes than we were comfortable with, or even necessarily those at the top of our price range.
The bottom line is that we are very happy with our purchase and had a great experience with Amber and the Indy Homes Team.  We would ask them represent us again in the future without question.

When I decided to sell my home, I asked some of the people I work with who they would recommend, and Kristie came very highly recommended.  I called and she was able to come over on my schedule, and together we discussed what my plans were.  She worked up a market analysis and priced my home for more than I believed I'd be able to get for it.  We went through the house, room by room, and she made suggestions about what I could do to stage the home so it would be more appealing.  I was able to do all the things on her to-do list, and then signed the contract.  Beautiful photos were taken, and the house was put on the multiple listing site. 
I had calls for showings within an hour of the house being listed, and within two days, had an offer.  There was another person interested, so she was able to contact the appropriate agents, and nail down the offer, and by the third day, the house was sold.  I was in shock!!  I thought it would take several months.
The closing went very smoothly, so no issues there either.
All in all, I would say every detail of the sale was handled professionally, promptly, and with my complete satisfaction.

As a first time homeowner I needed a lot of guidance and a good bit of patience.  Amy was extremely helpful through the entire search process and found the perfect home that matched all my needs and my budget.  
She helped me find a lender and inspector and was with me all the way through closing.  She continued to follow up after the sale to provide additional information and to make sure that I was happy.

Amber and the Indy Homes team were great to work with. They are sharp, experienced, professional and tech savvy (it was nice to work with realtors who see sites like Zillow as a marketing resource rather than as a threat.) Amber gave us a lot of work to do to get the house ready for sale, but it was good advice and I think helped a lot in getting it sold. The Indy Homes team charges a bit more than the "standard" 6%, but it was worth it for us for their professionalism and good communication skills throughout the process. We had some ups and downs with our buyers, but Amber kept a level head and got the deal done. We would recommend Indy Homes and Amber specifically to anyone, and would use them again in the future if the opportunity arose.

I actually didn't spend all that much time working with Kristie, but that's due to the fact that we received multiple offers the first week I had it on the market!  Kristie was very prepared when we first met and I decided to go with her based on her marketing and analytical background.  The fact that she uses a professional photographer for the house photos makes a big difference and led to many requests for showings in the first few days.  She also provided a detailed analysis on the comparables and suggested I list a bit higher than other houses in the area since the market was starting to heat up (other realtors were recommending a lower price).  Considering it went so fast and at a price higher than it was listed due to the multiple offer situation I'm glad I took her advice.  After the purchase agreement, things were mostly handled by Amy who did a good job keeping me in the loop on things and responding to questions.  She was able to close on my behalf even though I had already moved out of state.

We worked with Amber Wilson from Kristies team and could not be happier. She got our house sold after being on the market for one day, at our full asking price. She navigated us through the process telling us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. She understood our complex needs and was always quick to follow up. Fantastic! Amber Wilson has to be one of the best professionals I have worked with in years! She went above and beyond to find the house that was perfect for us. She was working constantly with a smile on her face and a cheerful demeanor. She would return texts and phone calls quickly and also took care of many things that were not part of her normal duties. We were from out of town and Amber found contractors, talked with other realtors etc.

Amber Wilson was my broker between the condo owners realtor and myself.  I am a Medical Resident and have very little time and flexibility.  I highly value quick communication and clear concise direction/instructions.  I felt very supported by Amber and Indy Homes Team.  They answered all my questions, were extremely flexible, and Amber went out of her way to contact my lender, the seller, and other parties to lighten my load during the purchase.  I am usually a very type A and involved person but I was able to let Amber run with the plan and not have to worry about the quality of her work.  She was very good about reminding me of upcoming tasks and ensuring everything was on track.  She has a large knowledge base around home buying and i felt like I walked away from the sale ahead because of her.  She negotiated a closing date that was more beneficial for closing costs.  At closing she negotiated around 1500 in money back as well as a check for 500 for repairs that the home inspector found needed to be done.
Amber was ABOVE professionalism.  I cannot say enough of how good of an advocate she was.  She was truly a blessing as I am so busy that the details are just cumbersome.  I also appreciated that she not only looked at the current sale but looked forward to possibly selling the home later.  
With regards to punctuality, accessibility, and availability she was second to none.  She always seemed to be available when I was which is no easy task.  I don't know how she manages so many tasks in a day but if you have the chance to work with Amber and the Indy Homes team you will not walk away feeling shorted, cheated, or neglected.  I will, most definitely, be calling Amber when I go so sell and purchase another home in the future.

Amber and her team made this an amazing experience. She was so patient with me and was able to help me with anything I needed.  Her contract negotiating skills helped me to find the best home for me and I couldn't be happier with it. She answered all of my questions and really made sure that my experience was a great one. I would recommended this real estate team to anyone!

We were relocating from Chicago to the Indy area and our home in Chicago sold much more quickly than expected - we didn't have any specific properties in focus yet, nor did we have a realtor picked out.  We searched Angie's List, and found Kristie there.  The highly positive reviews earned her a phone interview.
Kristie was incredibly prompt with a reply.  We talked on the phone for an hour for the first call, and she taught us more about the Indy market, history, and nuances of relocating from out of state than we could have possibly gotten from any other source.  She was definitely on the ball from the first minute. 
Kristie set us up with a search that matched our criteria exactly, and after about a week, we were able to travel to Indy to meet with her and tour some properties.  Before we even set out to view some houses, we talked for another hour about the current state of the market, what we were looking for, and her suggestions for a game plan - not only for the day but for the coming weeks as we neared the close date of our house in Chicago.  We were so impressed with her knowledge and the time she took to learn our needs that we committed to using her on the spot.
She had prepared a package of literature for many houses that fit our criteria, plus a few that might have been stretches for various reasons but were still worthy candidates.  That weekend, we viewed approximately 22 properties in a 36-hour period... grueling, but after each showing, she asked us:  "OK, where does this one fit in relation to the X ones we've seen so far today?  Rank it, and if it isn't in the top 3, let's forget about it."  This kept us focused on what we were looking for.  At the end of that weekend, we had found a property and Amy, a member of Kristie's team, was equally as helpful in digging into the details with the builder (it was a new construction spec home).
Kristie was extremely helpful with the offer, negotiating, and contract development process.  She and her team were always very quick to respond (or even take initiative), and her skills helped win a few additional concessions from the builder, without which the deal would have collapsed.  She or Amy participated in person with us in every step, including the initial and final walk-throughs, all the way through the closing.
We have dealt with a number of realtors in the past, including some supposedly high-performing "all-stars" in  Chicago, and Kristie outperformed all of them by a wide margin.  We were incredibly fortunate to have found her and would highly recommend her and her awesome team to anyone, especially if relocating from out-of-state; she could not have made it any easier.  Kudos!!!!

It went awesome. I had relocated out of state. They arranged all of my repairs and follow up appointment so I did not have to do any of that sort of work and it was extremely easy. They searched for buyers, while thinking outside of the box.

We contacted the Indy Home Team through their webpage after seeing the good reviews on here and were quickly contacted back by one of their realtors.  Amy McIntyre was the realtor who worked with us in both buying a new house and selling our old house.  It was such a good experience I would no hesitate to use Amy again.  Amy was responsive to everything we needed from going out to look at houses to helping schedule and recommend a person for our inspection while we were out of town.  Amy did an initial walk through and gave us tips and pointers on how to get our house sold (decluttering!). The listing was all very professional and really made our house stand out.  Amy was able to give recommendations on services during the home buying and selling process, but we never felt pressured to use anyone.  It was nice to have the connections especially during a busy time of the year.  Everything from start to end went smoothly and I can't say enough.  We were able to go from listing to selling/closing on our house in just over two months.  Amy was always on time for anything that was scheduled.  We always got responses fairly quickly with any questions or concerns we had.

Kristie and her sister Amy were wonderful to work with. Amy walked through numerous houses with us and when couldn't find anything to fit our needs she advised us through the building process and was there to hold our hands on closing day! These ladies tell you the truth and make you feel like family!! Would recommend them to everyone I know!!!!

It could not have worked out better. We met with Amber Wilson team member from Indy Homes team.We viewed several homes on Sat and Sun of one weekend .Before we headed home on Sun. ,Amber  Wilson had showed us our dream home and it was within our budget . We needed to move to Indy within about 4 wks,because we were both starting new jobs.Amber worked with us over the phone and internet.to get us into our new home. We had a problem though, we  could not have the closing until Dec .6 which was 8 weeks away because of waiting on funds for closing.So Amber was able work out an agreement with sellers for us to get pre- possession.and we were able to move into the house in the time frame we needed. We would highly recommend the Indy Home Team because of there expert service they provided us in relocating us from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis.

The Indy Homes team was fantastic. Especially Kristie Smith. I had never worked with Kristie or her team before but I must say I was blown away by their knowledge , professionalism, and expertise in handling my real estate transactions.
