Indianapolis Soft Water Service

It was good. I thought everything turned out great. They were on time.

We are very pleased with the service and timelyness that was given to us. the new unit was brought in two days later andinstalled to our existing water lines. A small problen did occur in the beginning which was a leak in the unit. A new unit was brought in and it has been a success story for us. Thanks Noblesville Water.

We have been using Indianapolis Soft Water for the past 20 years. They come quickly when there is a problem, and since we use them on a regular service contract ($18.50) per month, there is never a service charge. Even when they replaced the entire system.

I looked at several options and contacted a few companies from web forms over a weekend. Indy Soft Water initially contacted me by email very quickly even when it was not during normal business hours. After a little research and comparisons of my own, they offered a quality product at an affordable price and the company's response was quick and timely. They really seemed to be interested in my business. The installation was great and timely. As a consumer, this is the way a transaction should go .. very satisfactory, comfortable and professional. I called on 9/20 because I had recently purchased a house and was not sure the water softener was working correctly (I've never had one before and the dishes out of the dishwasher looked crazy bad.) They dispatched a technician the next day; he was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through the care and feeding of the unit and explained that some parts needed to be replaced due to wear and that some adjustments needed to be made in programming the unit. He explained the scope of the service and what it would approximately cost. After my okay, he performed the work quickly. I was very pleased. I would use them again, but hopefully, I won't have to.

They have always been very efficient and everything works well. No complaints. We were hearing noises after they left, and we called them. They came right back out and adjusted a few things to make it perfect. We were very happy with their follow up.

Very Well. All service performed punctually; all repairs completed professionally; agreements for money exchanged due to past rental and to inconvenience of failed old unit were completed as promised.

They came out the same day that we called, so it was very good service. Overall, everything went very well and they did the job as expected. I have used them in the past.

I was extremely disappointed with the Indianapolis Soft Water's initial position on the problem. However, after a couple days they changed their mind and paid for the plumber to fix our problem. I am happy with the final conclusion of the situation.

Ben and his wife Jessica came to the house on 10/16 and looked at the old equipment which had been in service for about 5 years. I told them about the hardness and the recent odor we had been experiencing from our well water. They suggested an equipment replacement and they were able to do the install only 5 days later. On the day of the install, Ben & his assistant took extensive precautions to protect carpets & floors, and the work area was meticulous when they left. They also suggested that I "shock" (disinfect) my well, and Jessica emailed me a very detailed document to walk me through the whole thing step-by-step. After the install, Ben spent a good deal of time explaining how the equipment worked, and what kind of maintenance I should expect. Overall, it was an outstanding service experience, and I would recommend Indianapolis Soft Water very highly to anyone in need of water conditioning services.

The service was easily scheduled and Mr Larson arrived on time. We have used this company for 12 years and have always been very satisfied.Mr Larson was quite willing to explain what he was doing and was helpful in managing costs.

I use them all the time for filter replacement. Ben Larson is a good business man, does what he says he will do and it works. I have a 5 year warranty on parts and labor with this unit.

Dad needed a water line plumed from the crawl space to the garage for the softener, He also wanted a water main shut off in the garage as the only other shut off was at the meter. Ben checked out the crawl (as the guy from the other company had done the previous day). He was down there a long time. When he came out, he informed us that there was a very large amount of raw sewage down there. He said he would be glad to install a softener, but we would need licensed plumbers first, and there was the matter of the clean up of the sewage, which he said had to have been going on for at least several weeks, judging by the amount. We all wondered what exactly the guy from the other company was doing when he went into the crawl. He never mentioned the sewage problem!!! Needless to say, Ben got our business after we had the sewer lines repaired under the home warranty. The unit Ben installed more than met my dad's expectations.

It went OK. They had a guy that came out and hooked it up wrong, but they had someone else come back out and fix it. They arrived on time to do the work.

Fabulous! He was on time, very professional, and very educated about the water softener. He did a thorough job of putting it into service and it's working great. Also, he offered to come back free of charge if I had any problems!

They're a small company which I liked. They're family owned, so the same person does the sales, installing, and the service, so no sub-contractors.

I called in the morning and I picked up the power pack later that day. I accidentally damaged the old one and had to replace it. Very friendly service and very professional.

Called this company seeking service on our GE water softener. They made an appointment to come out for Monday the following week. On that morning, they called to say that "they wanted to offer me some options". (I asked, options to what?) They then stated that my 'GE wasn't worth trying to repair ("it would be too expensive") and that we should just consider replacing it with a new one and reschedule for later in the week.' Without coming on site to inspect, they offered me the "option" of just buying all new, and re-scheduling until later in the week for their convenience.

They were very good. We have rented from several companies and they were the only ones that would do any preventative work at our request. I found this to be very good. The approximate cost listed is for the rental of the unit a month.

He arrived on time. He evaluated our old unit, tested our water for hardness and provided us with the most appropriate unit to fit our needs without any hard sell pressure. We are extremely satisfied customers!

We had an electrical surge that damaged our water softner electronics. The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the damaged parts very fast. She was able to come the day after I contacted them. Very fast and very efficient.

Telephoned when driving to our house. Arrived a little ahead of scheduled appointment time. Installed softener. Checked that it was running properly. Cleaned area where he worked. Gave brief explanation of how to operate. Answered questions & left manual.

He was very professional and very polite. He didn't monkey around or give me the run around. He completed the work, and so far it seems like he knows what he's doing. The price was in line, and he showed up right on time. Time will tell, but it does have a 5 year parts and labor warranty. I'll have them back to service my reverse osmosis system.
