Excellent. Scheduled within a week. Came on time. Worked efficiently until all of the things on my list were done. Removed his shoes when he entered my house. I first had Chris do some work in 2002 and have called him several times over the years as things need to be caulked/repaired.

Chris has worked on our tile/grout for a number of years and is always very pleasant, timely, professional, and neat. His work is very good and I would highly recommend him.

Chris was very responsive in providing the estimate and doing the work. I had a new white porcelain tile floor put in a small bathroom a little over a year ago. When I purchased the grout, the salesman at Lowes suggested I get a product to add to the grout that would keep the grout lines from yellowing. The man who put the floor in wasn't crazy about using it, but he did and I should have listened to him. A few months later the grout lines were yellowing in places and I could not get them clean. Chris came out and did a fantastic job! The floor looks like new. Very, very pleased!

Stay with me on this until the end. The work was at a rental property. One tenant moved out and another was about to move in. I contacted several contractors based on work that needed to be done before the new tenant moved in. Part of the work that needed to be done was the re-grout of the shower. I contacted Chris at Grout Solutions, got an estimate, set the appointment for about 10 days out, and waited for the work to be done. Another company was hired to clean/snake a bathroom sink drain. That company had done their work before the tenant moved in. The grout work by Grout Solutions was not able to be completed before the tenant moved in because the tenant was in a hurry. After the plumbing work was done, the plumbing company had specifically asked for feedback and a review regarding how their employee did with the sink drain. I sent several requests to the tenant asking how the plumbers did, but my requests went unanswered. Eventually the grout work was done. I contacted the tenant again to get a review of the plumbing work, and all the tenant would talk about was how good the shower looked. Even though I was asking for feedback regarding the plumber, the tenant went on and on about how good the shower looked. The tenant told me I should make sure to use Grout Solutions whenever I had a shower that needed to be re-grouted.

His workmanship was excellent. We will definitely keep him in our contacts list for any future needs.

I have used Chris in the past. He called me back within an hour of my message to him. He came the next day - was on time as always and gave me the quote after seeing all the areas. Chris arrived on time on the day we set for the work to be done. He is quick but very thorough and his work is excellent. He even did another area that I added but did not increase his quote. He is very courteous - removing his shoes - works quietly. He does an excellent job - A+++. I would recommend him without any reservation.

After we had the faucet replaced in our shower, which required the removal of some waterproof wallboard and about a dozen ceramic tiles, we asked Chris Uhland, of Grout Solutions, Inc., to give us an estimate to repair the hole and install ceramic tiles behind the new faucet and do some grout maintenance repair on other parts of the shower walls. Mr. Uhland came by our home to look at the repair and he gave us an estimate of $215, which we thought was very reasonable. Since we have light carpeting, Mr. Uhland, even took off his shoes in our home when he went to look at the shower needing repair. He was also very polite and helpful when we asked questions about the job. He returned on February 18 to work on the project. He took off his shoes whenever he had to enter our home as he would go to his van for supplies. He was very polite and was very helpful when we sought his opinion on some other tile repair issues. He took about four hours to do the work, cleaned up after himself, did an immaculate job, and only charged us $215, the price of the bid. My wife and I were greatly impressed, as we expected, and were willing, to pay him more for the job. We highly recommend him. Met Chris at home for an estimate. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was trustworthy. I called him back within a week and scheduled a time for the repair. He was very flexible about meeting me for both the estimate and the repair. I met him the day of the repair and he got right to work. I went back to my work and let himself out. When I returned home after work I was not disappointed. His work was excellent and well worth the money. I will hire him again if needed.

Called Chris for an estimate - he arrived the same day and set up a day to do the work. Said he would call before he came, he did! Said he'd arrive at a certain time, he did! Said he would complete the job in one day, he did! Said it would look great and it looked fantastic!!Not only did he arrive as stated, do excellent work and was very personable, but he kept the kitchen extremely clean as he worked and and even helped me move some furniture back into the kitchen. I wish all companies I hired for work in our home were this good. Hire him and I guarantee you will not be disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great expierence!

Chris did excellent work, the grout looks better than new.

Chris had done work for us 1.5 yrs ago. I noticed some grout had flaked off and was concern, since I did not think it should so soon. I emailed a picture on Sat and received a response to call him on Monday. I called on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He came over and redid the grout and also asked about caulking a few gaps in the tiles. He went ahead and did this for no charge. He was nice, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. It's great to have a provider guarantee his work.

He did a great job. He was on time both times he was out. It took a couple of weeks, but he did get the job done. He was personable, diligent at his work and I would highly recommend them.

Went great. He was done in a few hours and we could walk on the floor immediately. Chris is very nice to work with, and they do a wonderful job. This is the second time he has done this for us.

Chris showed up promptly at the time he said he would be here. He brought in his supplies and I appreciated that he took his shoes off when coming in our house. He was very respectful of our home. He cleaned the floors and grout. He then repaired the grout. Lastly, he stained all of the grout. He let it dry a few minutes and then cleaned the floor again. The grout looks brand new again. Chris is a very hard working and worked 100% of the time he was here. He was honest with us and was trustworthy. I will use him again in the future and will suggest him to others.

He arrived on time and was only scheduled to do the kitchen and entry hall but when asked to do the backsplash and bath he agreed. Did a wonderful job.
