We recently had Chris regrout our bathroom tiles, and fix the caulking in some areas. He is a real pro. Prompt in communicating, scheduling; very courteous and competent. Once he was done the walls looked like they had been newly tiled. He was also very neat which I greatly appreciated. As he was leaving I requested Chris to take a look at the fraying caulking around our kitchen counter. He quickly fixed it free of charge. Highly recommend him.

Chris is very punctual and workmanship is excellent. He pays attention to detail and I appreciate that he leaves the work area clean. His knowledge of tile repair is helpful when I consulted him on some problem areas in different bathrooms. Have been using him for years so I have no problems recommending his services.

Chris was prompt in returning my call, gave me a ballpark estimate by phone. I sent him a picture of the area of work, and we scheduled an appointment. He came a little earlier, after I told him I had an appointment late in the day, and didn't know how long the work would take. He replaced the broken tiles with ones I had saved from the original shower install, and charged me significantly less than the estimate because he said it wasn't as big a job as he anticipated!

Excellent. Chris is an outstanding person and provides quality, yet practical service. He doesn't try to sell you on re-grouting your entire shower when all you need is a repair. He has done three showers for me in two separate houses. He is the kind of person you wouldn't hesitate to trust in your home if you weren't there (in fact time, the first time I hired him, I left a key for him and never even saw him!). He does great work, is quick, efficient, professional and entirely reliable. All three times the showers look fantastic, the experience went smoothly and the price was, in my opinion too LOW! Each time I have paid him extra because I think his work is worth far more than he charges. I would hire him again and think of using no one else as long as he is in business.

We couldn't be happier! Our walk-in shower no longer looks like a science experiment gone horribly wrong. I wish I had taken some before pics, but imagine a lot of gunk and slime that was really hard to scrape off and that had stained the grout. All that is gone now, which is exactly what we wanted and paid for. Now we just have to hope that it stays this clean for a long time.

Chris did an excellent job. The bathroom wall tiles had a lot of mineral deposits, etc. that made them look old and dingy. Chris cleaned and regrouted the tiles and now they look brand new.

Our walk in shower was a mess for a long time .Chris from Grout Solutions Inc. came and did an excellent job. He came right on time, did everything we asked, and more. I highly recommend Chris.

Chris was an artist. The grout looks wonderful. He showed us several different color options that were very close to the original grout color. After helping us pick the right one, he completed the job quickly and professionally. Our floor looks like new! He even did some light patching work where we had a hairline crack in a couple of tiles. I would hire him again in a NY minute and I recommend his work highly.

Chris recolored the grout lines on the entire lower level of our house and it turned out amazing, it literally looks as good as the day we had the tile installed! We have used Chris before for the same project and this time was just as good as last. He also cleans all the tile as he goes along (on his hands and knees), this man is meticulous!
