Great job! Came out & gave us a quote. Chris came out again and performed the work from about 1-4pm. Our shower looks brand new .... and it's 20 years old!

Chris from Grout Solutions made an appointment within a couple of days of my initial call to come out and give an estimate. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I thought all of the grout in the master bath shower would need to be re-done and he advised it wasn't necessary and suggested just doing the base and corners. He came back a week later to perform the work and was there a couple of hours. He started in the upstairs bath re-calking the line where the shower meets the floor with new grout. Then in the kitchen he removed the old cracked grout (probably cracked from house settling after 14 years) of the counter top / tiled back splash and installed new grout. These areas look fantastic and the countertops look great with the smooth new line of grout. In the master bath he repaired a small crack in the grout line on the floor of the shower and removed all the cracking grout in the wall corners ( the walls are probably 10 feet tall ) and the complete line around where the walls meet the floor of the shower. He had to go out to buy a different color calk to try to match the 14-year old calk and did a fairly decent job of matching the color - it isn't perfect, but he tried to match grout that was there for 14 years. It does look much better than it did and I'm happy with the outcome. Chris advised the calk would dry within a couple of days but we let the shower dry for over a week and saw the shower floor grout dry up and change color with non use over that period of time. I would call Chris back if we ever have the need for grout repair in the future. He is a grout expert.

When I first called Grout Solutions, we scheduled an in-home estimate. During the estimate, we discussed price, grout stain colors, what the process would be the day of service, and any questions were answered. We scheduled with a written estimate in hand. On the day of service, provider was prompt, and the work took several hours. We reviewed grout stain colors again day of. The finished product looks fabulous!

Dan is such an honest man- I told him that I wanted all of the tile in my entire home cleaned, whitened and sealed. When he was finished he old me that it would be a waste of my money for him to reseal it as my seal was still excellent. With that honesty that is why I continue to use him over the years. I would like to nominate him for the seal of honor.!!

Contacted Chris at Grout Solutions and described the job to be done. He scheduled time with me to perform an inspection. He arrive on schedule, examined the job to be done and provided me an estimate on the spot. We agreed upon a date and time for the work. He arrived as scheduled and proceeded to do the work. He was very careful not to damage any of the other work we had recently completed in the areas and was very respectful of our house and property. The work was performed in about a half a day which was what he estimated. He fixed the areas we discussed and left our house looking great. This was a small job but it made a big difference in the appearance of the bathrooms and the fireplace. We were very pleased with the job that was done and would recommend Grout Solutions to anyone. Chris was very easy to deal with and I felt very comfortable having him in our home.

I have relied on Grout Solutions since moving here 11 years ago. I have my tile floors cleaned and the grout sealed at least once a year. Chris is always prompt, professional and efficient. I have two dogs, so the floors have a lot of traffic. They always look like new when he is finished. I have been very happy with the job he does, and I will continue to use Grout Solutions in the future.

Arrived on time and was able to complete work in less than a day. Grout looks like new!

He came when he said he would, was very professional, a very nice man, and very neat. He re-caulked the tub and sink and re-grouted the floor so it didn't leak. He matched it perfectly! My husband didn't want to hire someone to do the job, but when Chris left, he was so pleased! He also charged us next to nothing, only $83 dollars with no travel charge. I would absolutely use him in the future.

The shower looks amazing. It looks so fresh and new. I was absolutely delighted. I should have done it so much sooner.

Chris was very professional. He was in constant contact as to his availability given the weather situation. His work was excellent and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely use him again in the future!

Chris provided estimate 4 weeks earlier and an appointment was set four weeks later. Price was very reasonable and it took him over an hour to complete the work. The work was great and the showers look fresh and clean again. I like that Chris removes his shoes before he enters the house and he cleans up his work area so there is not much to pick up when he leaves.

This is the 2nd time we have used Chris. We just moved and our grout was discolored in the laundry and 2 of the full baths. It was noticeable to me because Chris had grout stained my kitchen and it looked perfect. On his hands and knees Chris cleaned the grout. He then put some sample colors down on the grout to let us choose the color. He is fast, efficient, trustworthy and clean! You can't even tell he had been there when he left. Chris works hard and knows his trade well! Our grout looks brand new now. Thanks Chris!

This is second time we used them. First time was 2005. Looks brand new. This is a nice person who does good work. We would highly recommend.

The shower is large tile shower, the builder had used sand grout to seal the walls to the flooring. That cracked the entire perimeter of the shower. He came out, removed all of the cracked grout and placed more flexible silicone there at those seams. He also replaced a cracked area by the glass blocks with new sand grout and sealed up the more flexible built in areas where we sit the shampoo. We were extremely pleased with the price and quality.

He did good work, was a nice fellow to have around and reasonable. If I hadn't had the Angie's List magazine i wouldn't of known to hire his company.

I had spoked with him on the phone and he told me to not worry about it. I got his name from a builder I knew and checked him out on Angie's List and I received exactly what I thought I would. He had everything fixed and cleaned in about 30 minutes. He was phenomenal. We are very pleased.

It went excellent. Very kind man who came. Everything was done exactly the way i wanted it. He even wore booties on his feet. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Chris when I seen the sign on his van, advertising grout cleaning and re-staining. Chris came by and explained in detail how he would clean and re-stain the grout in our home. The color condition of our grout was bad. We had been cleaning and sealing it for 10 years using scrub brushes, and floor steaming equipment. I thought it would be impossible to restore the grout to it's original condition without having to re-grout it. Chris advised us that he would make the grout appear like new, and we could choose any color stain we wanted. I was skeptical but thought it was worth a try to use his service. I was amazed, Chris's work and results were outstanding!!! He is detailed and meticulous. Chris scrubbed the grout, and then re-stained it using a stiff brush. The end result was perfect, the grout does appear as if it isnew. Would I use him again? Yes I would, and I will recommend him to our neighbors!!

Chris cleaned all of the grout and tile in our house - the first time it has been done professionally. In the kitchen the original grout is very light and it had darkened considerably over the years. Now not only is the grout back to its light color but the tile luster seems restored too. In the master bath we were amazed at how much better the medium gray grout looked too. The price was so reasonable that we will not wait as long again before having Grout Solutions out for another round. Great results, very personable owner and no issues -there is no reason for us to consider any other company for this service in the future.
