Description of Work: Chris from Grout Solutions sealed our bathroom tile about six years ago. He was great to work with, and it was an easy call to ask him back for the recent work. He was courteous, professional, and we are very happy with his work. If anyone needs grout work, Grout Solutions is the only way to go.

Description of Work: Re-grouted my kitchen countertops, and he caulked a bathroom upstairs and also repaired tiles in another bathroom. We have used him before and he did a great job!

Description of Work: Chris arrived on time - precisely. Did the entire job which included applying silicone to 4 tubs and resealing 3 showers in 4 hours. He was neat and tidy. The workmanship was excellent. He has excellent skill with applying grout and silicone and we would certainly use him again. I have nothing negative to say about Grout Solutions and would use him again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Chris professionally cleaned and regrouted a stand up shower, the tile tub surround in another bathroom, and did some work on a tile floor. Honestly the stand up shower was a mess....so bad that we were considering having it torn out and re done. By the time he was done it looked fantastic, absolutely 100 percent better than it did before he started. He did an amazing job! He was prompt, friendly, did GREAT work, and I would have him back in a heartbeat to do additional work for us.

Description of Work: Chris runs his own business. His 1st job for us was to clean, re-grout and stain our ceramic tile master bath floor and also to clean our tile shower. He did an excellent job and our floor and shower look like new. He also advised about care - which was good because we discovered we were using a product that did not help the tile! I was so impressed with the job he did that I asked if he could take care of 2 other bathroom floors during this visit and he was willing and able to do that. I asked Chris to give me a quote and his recommendation with respect to freshening up other floors (kitchen, entry, etc). His advice was professional and his quote was reasonable, so we hired him to come back for that job, too. He is pleasant and professional. and prompt. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again.

Description of Work: Replaced loose tiles, repaired and replaced grout as needed in shower. Removed and replaced caulk. In second bath cleaned grout and sealed on floor.

Description of Work: We had a lot of bad grout and mildew in our shower. I was told that we needed to tear out the shower and replace everything including the floor. Chris removed the current tile, replaced the lower 6" of cement board, re-built the walls and replaced the tiles and re-grouted everything. We were +100% satisfied with the work, his knowledge, his truthfulness and personality. Two weeks later we had some grout that got wet and needed to be re-done. Chris came back the same day that I called and re-placed the grout cement with silicone sealer that had more flixibility...result is outstanding and perfect. Saved us over $4,000.00 to re-build the whole shower area. We are extremely pleased with Chris' work and his honesty!
