Repaired grout in green tile in the back entrance, color matched to the odd green existing color. The color match was great. Repaired grout in the basement of a sand color. Repaired grout in the bathroom around the shower door area and around the bathtub that had cracked. Matches and looks like new. He was professional and courteous. Would definitely use again.

The service provider arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. It looks great and it was exactly what I expected.

First Chris arrived promptly to look at our shower and later provided us with a written estimate via e-mail. On the date scheduled for him to do the work he was prompt. It turned our the some additional grout needed to be replaced which he did for his original quoted price.

We bought a coupon 6/22/15. He seemed very busy, we were able to schedule on 7/13/15. He did standing shower recaulk that day, and we wanted him to do other bathroom, too. Scheduled it on 8/12, 13/15. If you want to have it done. you may want schedule it earlier. Towel bar was broken, and we had a new one. He replaced it for free.

Great experience! Chris came by the house the day after I called to give me an estimate. I felt his price was very fair and scheduled the work with him immediately. He arrived on time and did a great job. Showed me the work he after he was done and made a few recommendations for the future. Cleaned up after himself. The grout looks brand new. He also removed 2 pieces of decorative rope tile to allow for the placement of a new glass shower door. I am very pleased.

The representative showed up on time and performed the service within an hour or less. He cleaned up behind the self and advised us to not use the shower until the following day so that the call can dry. The service was very good and the representative was professional.

Chris from Grout Solutions was considerate and promptly stopped by our house. He inspected the tile and gave us his honest opinion that our tile appeared to be improperly installed. He recommended replacement rather than repair. This meant Chris wouldn't get our business because he doesn't replace complete floors (we might go to hardwoods rather than tile). We appreciated that Chris still took the time to fully explain what has caused the issues with our tile floor. This indicated to us that Chris does the right thing rather than just trying to acquire unnecessary business, or abruptly leave when there is no business opportunity.

The visit for the estimate was prompt and on time. The person who did the work was very professional. The shower walls look great! and the work done at the base of the tub and on the floor also looked great. I thought the entire shower tile work would have to be completely redone, but it just needed new grout. This job has given me more satisfaction than almost any work I have had done at our house. I took a long time to post a review because I was busy and couldn't find the invoice.. all that kind of thing. If you have any grout work needed this is the company to call!

We called Chris figuring we had nothing to lose. Our walk-in shower stall had gotten so yucky from iron-stained water and mold build-up that we seriously considered building a new shower stall, which several contractors estimated would cost well in excess of $3K. Chris said he could make our stall look like new, and he gave us an estimate for about $420. We thought, "Yeah, right," but accepted his offer based on all of the fabulous reviews on Angie's list. To be honest, I don't know what Chris did or what kind of magic liquids he used, but the finished project was just stunning, even nicer looking than the stall was when we bought the house 11 years ago. I truly mean it; his work was just amazing. I would unhesitatingly highly recommend that you also contact Chris if you are in need of the services he provides. Got on the schedule for about 10 days out. Got a call back asking if that afternoon would work due to cancellation which it did. The individual (forgot his name) was timely and professional. Job took a couple hours to complete. Grout looks like new. Very pleased with scheduling process, quality of work, professionalism and price. Would highly recommend.

Chris showed up promptly and couldn't have been better. He removed his shoes (without being asked to) before coming into the house, and he went to work. Before I knew it, our shower caulk, which had been a real mess, was just beautiful. If you need this service done, choose this company. The next time we need caulking or grouting work done in either of our bathrooms, this is who we'll call!

A great job - I couldn't be happier and I can't believe I ever thought of trying to do it myself

We were super impressed. We had tried to do some grout work on our own a while back and really did a horrible job of it, so Grout solutions cleaned out all of the bad grout, fixed some loose tiles, regrouted and caulked. I was ready to throw in the towel on having a tile shower and they made it look brand new at a great cost. I have no idea why we tried it ourselves to begin with. We would use Grout Solutions without question in the future.

Super - Arrived right on time and started working. Came with 2 people so work went very quickly. They immediately took their shoes off when entering the condo. Cleaned up after the job. Paying was easy with CC. This was not the only grout repair service that we contacted. Others did not call back. Received a call back from Grout Solutions quickly with an estimate and scheduled the repair work. Definitely would refer to others and use again when needed.

The grout in two of our three bathrooms needed to be redone. I called Grout Solutions to get an estimate. We arranged to meet several days later. He arrived promptly and took only about ten minutes to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. We set the appointment to do the work for about two weeks later. The work was scheduled for a Saturday afternoon. He arrived promptly to do the work. My wife and I left before he finished the work, but when we came home we were very pleased. The new grout looked beautiful. The lines were straight and even. Chris clearly knows what he?s doing. Unfortunately, he missed one small line of grout under a windowsill. I called him on Monday and he came out the next to finish the job. We are pleased with both the customer service and the quality of the work.

Contacted Grout Solutions about small areas of mold and dirty areas of grout in a master bath that was remodeled about 4 years ago. His company is hight rated on the List. We wanted it cleaned before it got too bad, having spent quite a lot for the remodel. Chris responded quickly and came out for an estimate about a week later. He arrived promptly when scheduled, assessed what we needed and offered a reasonable estimate. Due to my schedule I was not able to schedule the work for about 6 weeks, but Chris arrived for the work promptly, reviewed the needs with me again, and went straight to work. At times, he offered suggestions and asked about certain grout and caulk colors before proceeding. When completed, he asked me to review the work, cleaned the area well, and thanked me for the business. The caulk and grout look new again, and we're pleased with his work.

He was professional and easy to work with. The estimate was almost half the amount of several of the other companies we spoke to. They showed up as scheduled and did a wonderful job. We noticed a few items that needed to be touched up and gave them a call. They were on site the next day and corrected everything. I would definitely use them again.
