Job 1: Very conscientious work--listened to me and offered viable suggestions for what needed to be done; proactive approach which I appreciated. I would definitely hire this company for work again without hesitation. They have a website that I sent in a form, but I called, also and got a response within the hour - unexpectedly quick. Job 2: Chris has done work for us before and we are very pleased with his professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail and he really listens to your concerns.We needed to have some work done as soon as possible, and he returned our call the next day. I would highly recommend Chris--his work is impeccable.

Chris was on-time, professional and quick. The tub/shower looks new again. I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was considering remodeling the entire shower, but $100 convinced me to wait for awhile as it looks brand new again. Great job!

It looks very professional. He said if there were any problems to call him and he would take care of it. I am thinking of using him on the floors. He was much less expensive than the other company that I received a quote from.

He was so helpful. It looks like a new floor. He offered to do additional work for a very minimal charge. He has now done three bathrooms and a kitchen floor. They look perfect. He is the nicest, kindest man. He did additional things for no charge. He is on time. I can't believe he didn't try to get me to re-do the bathrooms rather than repair them. He recommended people to do jobs that he doesn't do.

Very prompt and friendly. He even suggested skimming the one shower floor with grout to make it look better and didn't even charge me. I plan to have them do additional work.

He made an appointment for an estimate and assisted me in making a decision about different grout shades. He arrived on time for the work. Very pleasant. The work was excellent. My wall and floors look new!

He was dependable in showing up to give an estimate, and answered calls without delay. He was professional and friendly. Though his estimate was considerably lower than the company we went with, we felt the method of regrouting would not hold up as long. Time will tell!

They showed up relatively on time even though we had a heavy snowfall the morning the project started. They were very efficient in the completion of the project. I would recommend Chris and Grout Solutions for work of this type.

He was prompt in coming to give us an estimate and was able to get the job done the following week. It was done in half a day and he made everything look like new. He was courteous and I think his price was fair.

They were very responsive in providing an estimate and scheduling the work and showed up on time every time they came to the house. After agreeing on the job we had some second thoughts about the color and Chris gladly came out and did test patches for us to compare. There price was well below the other estimates. I expect to use them again.

Chris was always on time (which impressed me). He and his helper removed their shoes in my house. They did superior work quickly and at a good price. They were able to work a Saturday and a late afternoon to accommodate my schedule. They cleaned up when they were done and answered all of my questions. Chris also recommended another company for another job I need done. I was very pleased with their service!

Chris was prompt in returning call for estimate, and came to our house as promised (a whole week before a competitor was able to send someone). The estimate was very reasonable, and we hired him the next day. He was able to schedule us very quickly and we were so pleased with his work we hired him to come back to complete the grout cleaning. Chris was very polite and was sensitive to the fact that I had a sleeping baby in the house when he was working.

Very good. Chris regrouted, and when stains reappeared the next day due to moisture in subfloor, regrouted a second time with a more expensive grout, at no extra charge. Finished job is like new.

$85.00 is the minimum charge for grout or caulk work, so included the extra work in bathrooms. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

EXCELLENT! THEIR SUGGESTION TO FILL CRACKED TILES RATHER THAN REPLACE THE TWO DAMAGED TILES SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY, AND THE RESULTS LOOKED JUST AS GOOD. THEY OBVIOUSLY PUT THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF THEIR OWN PROFITS! THE GROUT REPAIRS LOOK AS GOOD AS NEW. THANK YOU.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. CAME QUITE WELL PREPARED AND EVEN MOVED A KITCHEN APPLIANCE THAT WE HAD NOT MOVED. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AS THEY WENT ALONG. MY TILE LOOKS LIKE NEW AND WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THEM AT ANY TIME. THEY ALSO RESPONDED TO OUR PHONE CALL IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.
