Grout Solutions responded to my voice mail message promptly, professionally, and politely. Scheduling was accommodating. Chris was on time, pleasant, meticulous and very tidy. His work was excellent. He had done routine maintenance work on that same shower just over three years ago. That goes to show you the quality of his work, because the shower was just now beginning to show some grouting/caulking maintenance would be beneficial. I recommend Grout Solutions without reservation.

It is hard work to clean everything out in the shower and do the grout. He was here the better part of 2 hours. We paid what they quoted. He knew what he was doing and was very clean and respectful. Really nice people!

Terrific! Had the kitchen tiled with ceramic and the contractor did not cement the hardboard to the sub floor. (So we still had deflection in the floor.) As a result, had a recurring problem with grout cracking that the contractor eventually gave up on. The cost of re-doing the entire floor was prohibitive, leaving us very unhappy. Grout Solutions offered a flexible grout that might cover the problem. Chris did the job in a day, and even came back upon request to tweak a couple of edges. His work is beautiful and has shown no cracks for 5 months now. Hooray!!

Everything went extremely well. Chris was prompt, to say the least. He was actually a little early which worked out well for our family. He completed the work in the time he said he would. He advised us as to no need in replacing any ceramic tiles. The regrouting work was excellent. He came back each day after the grouting to seal and caulk. Not only is he proficient in his craft, he is a pleasure to speak with and doesn't mind someone standing there and talking while he works. At our request, he even recommended procedures and products for keeping the tile clean and shiny.

It went very well. Chris did a great job. He is a nice guy and professional. His work is very good. The price is reasonable. He came out and gave the quote. He later came out and did the work. Everything went well.

This tile is a very light color and had a light gray grout that had become discolored over the years and could no longer be cleaned satisfactorily. I thought I might have to have major work done to restore a good appearance, but Chris brought his grout color samples so I could make a choice and, in a couple of hours, the grout looked like new. He was neat, thorough and careful with the work. It seemed a little expensive for the time required, but it was a great bargain compared to the alternatives. Grout Solutions was referred to me another company when they quoted flooring for other rooms.

We phoned them and they came out the next day. Told us right up front they would not be free for a week which was fine with us. He gave us the estimate. We called and said, "Let's do it." He spent about 3 hours. Very pleased.

We had hire Chris before for grout/tile work. He does excellent work. We thought we would have to replace tiles in the foyer, but he was actually able to repair them in a way that the cracks are not even noticeable. He matches the grout very well.

Chris did a super job keeping the house & bath room clean. He respected the cleanliness of our home and did his best to keep everything clean, while he removed tile, mildewed and soft wall board, carried out the debris and bad wall board section. He even took off his shoes before coming into the house, both for the quote and while he was working on the fix. The repair work was done in 1 day (7 hours) and the next day he re-grouted and sealed the entire shower stall. It looks like a new shower and we are really pleased with the entire job! If you have mildew in your shower and want it fixed, Chris & Grout Solutions, will do the job and not charge you an arm and a leg!

He is very thorough and cleaned up beautifully. He was always on time and would let me know when he would be arriving. He was great to work with and is a very friendly man.

Absolutely no problems, no pressure. Returned initial call promptly. Came for an estimate when promised and returned for work at 8:00 a.m. of day promised. The work was scheduled three weeks from time of call giving go-ahead. Chris was here less than 1/2 day and provided necessary instruction. Grout had to match existing grout above a decorative border and does perfectly.

Chris was prompt and professional when he delivered the estimate. He was on time for the job and clearly explained what he would do. He finished the job on time and left the area clean. We did have a problem with one area which would not cure properly (probably due to moisture damage). We called Chris to express our concern and he promptly came back out to address it. He had to re-grout the area twice, but the second time it cured as expected. We would hire him again.

Chris is very pleasant. He removes his shoes before entering the house (yes I notice things like this!) and gave an accurate estimate for the work. Another company told me the entire showers had to be replaced, and Chris explained to me (and showed me) what part of the shower needed to be retiled. I would recommend him and I would use him again. He was reasonable in price. I got several quotes from other companies. There was one corner of a shower I was not happy about, and Chris was very willing to fix it. He did a very good job. I am not a tile expert, but I learned a little more about tiling with this experience. One other company was quite adamant that the entire showers needed to be replaced. I did some research on my own, and Chris explained a lot more to me.

Chris arrived prepared to go to work. He is a very skilled person when it comes to tile and grouting repair. When Chris was finished, he asked us to view his work. Everything he did was done correctly.
