Grout Solutions came and gave me an estimate the same day I called. Scheduled work. They were on time and professional. I asked for 1 bath to be serviced 1 day and the other bath the next. They were fine with coming out twice. No extra cost.

He did a fantastic job. Very dependable.

Chris is very professional and very informative. We had removed the caulk and glass doors ourselves to uncover the source of a slow leak. Chris confirmed our concerns and reinstalled the doors and properly caulked it all. Great job.

Chris was on time to provide a quote. We agreed upon a date for the work to be done and once again he was on time and did the work. I would absolutely use them again. Nice to have someone that does the work that they said they would, on time and at the price that we agreed upon.

He had to clean the tile first that had become discolored due to the previous owner using a sub-par materials. He showed up on time and was a nice young man and he was pleasant to work with. His price was below other quotes but his work could not have been any better. Thanks Angie's List.

Chris was excellent! I first called a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. My hope was to get everything done before then. We set an appointment for the Tuesday before. However, Chris called on two occasions before the actual appointment. He had a couple of hours free and could do some of the work. There was no pressure at all. If it worked for my schedule, he could do it. I was having a hard time choosing the grout color for my newly repainted foyer. He shared his knowledge, but was VERY patient until I finally made a decision. My husband and I are extremely happy with Chris, his professionalism, and the work he did. We would definitely call him again in the future.

They showed up on time. They were very professional and did a good job. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. They were able to answer any of my questions.

The price was reasonable. Chris was very friendly, professional and honest. He should up earlier than the scheduled appointment, because he had available time slot open. He cleaned up well after they were finished, as well. Also, gave me some cleaning tips to properly cleaning the grout.

They show up on-time, cleaned up when they are finished and have fair prices. Those are all the things that are important to me, so I like them!

They did what they were supposed to do. He came out and gave us a quote and returned to do the job when he said he would. It didn't take him long. We were satisfied with the quality of work performed

Our objective: Update the master bathroom without spending a fortune. The members have had successful experiences with Chris, and he remains a super star. Chris is very busy, but he managed to come by at 5:30 P.M. on 9/4/08. We discussed different options and his timeframe. Chris emailed his quote and I accepted. I was disappointed at first because he couldn t do the job until October 2nd, but we talked about doing one part of the job sooner and finishing up on October 2nd. Chris made our shower look brand new and true to his word he returned in October and he applied his skills to renew the rest of the master bath. It is so refreshing to have a service provider do what they agreed to do. Chris was well worth the wait.

They were able to come help me on a short notice. I have used them before for my dining room and two of my bathrooms and the floor has held up so well that I had them come out a month ago to do the kitchen for me. Part of the service includes them cleaning the entire floor before applying the grout sealant, so I would say that they go above and beyond. They are professional and they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

He was the first and only workman I have used that came in my house and left it spotless. It couldn't possibly be just any cleaner. He was amazing, he left the everything he touched spotless.

Excellent. Chris had scheduled one and a half days for the work, he held to his schedule, arrived exactly on the day and time he said he would, but he finished in one day. The quality of the work was excellent, he had cleaned up the area so well that you didn't know he had been there except for leftover tile he hadn't used. He left us a note indicating he was done, when to use the shower again, and a few days later, a bill arrived for exactly the quoted amount.

The experience was just fine! They were quick and efficient and the work was done well. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We would recommend them.

We used Chris about 5 yrs. ago at our former home for a more complex job, which he did well. So we called him back. Chris arrived to give an estimate early, but called to make sure that was ok and then thanked me for letting him come early. He had an opening the following week, when he returned on time and performed the work exactly as stated. He cleaned tiles and grout on his hands and knees including the floor of the pantry and broom closes, which I forgot to empty out. Then he applied a colored sealant, after patiently helping me choose the right shade to match the tile. He cleaned up and left within 2 1/2 hours of arrival. I would call him again for grout work.

He is awesome! He also worked with me to get the correct color of grout. I also called him back to caulk another bathroom.

I made arrangements for Chris to do the work while I was at work. He had to let the loose tile dry so he came back when I was home from work and finished the job. I'm very pleased with the overall job. He cleaned everything up very well. I would definitely hire him again. In fact, I referred him to my neighbor and she got an estimate from him as well.

It went absolutely fantastic. It went great. They were friendly. They were very prompt and came out and gave us an estimate. They did the work and it looks 100 times better than it used to.

The best $85 I have spent in a long time. He replaced the mildewed, funky grout with brand new clean material. A terrific face lift!

With 8 kids, you can imagine the wear and tear that my flooring takes! By having the grout sealed before we moved in and reapplied twice in the last four years, my ceramic tile still looks great. Six sons and bathrooms....do the math. YIKES!!! But the sealed grout has allowed me to keep the flooring around the toilets clean and odor free.
