Tile and grout was very dirty and stained after 3 years living in condo with a dog. Grout Solutions was great ,he called back promptly and came next day to give us a quote. Really great person to work with, I had trouble making decisions on grout colors and he was very patient and gave great recommendations. My floors look amazing.

Chris gave us an estimate for cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing the shower while carefully explaining both the process and the approximate length of time involved. Chris arrived at the agreed upon date and time to begin the job. The work was completed within the time-frame given with the estimate. Chris is a very knowledgeable, conscientious craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He restored this 23 year-old shower to its original appearance/state. The cost was very reasonable. We could not be more pleased! Additionally, Chris re-grouted two spots of hallway tile and stained the spots to match perfectly with the overall apperance of the hallway after my wife had inquired as to how we could repair it. He did this for no additional charge!! Chris is a true professional and craftsman of his trade. We highly recommend him, and plan to use him for projects planned for the near future.

Chris returned call promptly and arrived next day for an estimate. We agreed he would do the job and he arrived promptly at time scheduled at 8:30 AM and was finished by early afternoon. Chris did a beautiful job of removing old shower enclosure and cleaned up so that it would be ready for the new enclosure to be installed. He also did an excellent job of regrouting the area so that the whole shower looked like new. He cleaned up everything including taking the old enclosure to garage to be picked up later by the people who installed the new one. We were were very pleased with whole result. We got more than we expected for the price compared to other estimates.

He did a great job! He said it would last about 4-5 years and would need to be done again. He was exactly correct! It turned out so well in June of 2006 that I had him back again this year. I was impressed by his reasonably priced work.

Overall, things were fine. Chris was polite and responsive when setting things up. He was willing to come downtown from the northside at the end of a day to get the job done. When he showed up, Chris got pretty much right to work and was in and out in a little over an hour. The price seemed a little high, but not to the point of being unbearable. I honestly didn't shop around on this job so I don't know what the market is. I guess I was just expecting maybe twenty or thirty dollars less. Overall, I'm not disappointed and would recommend Chris. He's professional and unassuming in getting the work done.

What a wonderful experience. Our white ceramic tile floors look beautiful! The grout looks like new again and this company is professional from start to finish. We will definitely use them to clean the rest of our ceramic floors.

Everything has been fantastic. They are professional, prompt and courteous. They do excellent work at a great price. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely use them again.

Chris uses his time efficiently and does a great job. The shower is perfect and I can't tell which tiles were replaced in the kitchen.

Grout solutions responded well and completed the work within two weeks after the initial home estimate. Two bathroom showers were involved and they completed the work exceptionally well.

Chris promptly called back and came the next day to look at the job. He gave me a quote and a date and time (10 days later) to come back and do the work. He came and did the work at the date and time on the estimate. I appreciate that he really knows how to repair grout, he quoted the work and performed the work - no sub's etc... He was clean, neat and quick. He is an expert at repairing grout. He had previously repainted a large kitchen and nook ceramic tile grout for me in my old house. It looked amazing and helped to sell the house because the floors looked terrific. I recommend you call Grout Solutions if you have any grout problems. Tile lasts a long time - but the grout doesn't. If you maintain the grout, you will save money and your tiled area will look great.

Grout Solutions was great to work with. I had received Chris' name from a flooring company and they had him call me. We set up a time for him to come give me an estimate and he was punctual, professional and able to explain what was occurring with the tiles. He put me on his schedule and was back out within two weeks (time delay because of the holiday) to complete the work and once again was punctual and professioal. If we run into any more tile issues, I'll definitely be calling Grout Solutions

We are in the process of selling our house and are getting some work done before putting it on the market. Grout Solutions did some work in our bathroom. They re caulked and re grouted some areas that needed to be fixed.

His work was good, and he showed up when he was supposed to. He did a good job. He did what he said he was going to do. He seems to know a lot about grout. He got mixed up on the time once.

Grout Solutions worked with me to establish a date where they could do the work right after the plumber did his and gave me an estimate for both bathrooms. They did the work with spare tile that I had. The job was very professional and I can not tell where the tile had been removed. The cost was less than the low end of their estimate. This is the second time I have used this company. I am extremely satisfied with them and would highly recommend them.

He did a great job. Very professional and a really nice guy. I would recommend his service. He grouted all around the floor and even did a few repairs at no extra charge.

Excellent. He was prompt in returning phone calls. Set the appt - showed up on time. Removed his shoes before entering home. Did a great job and left the areas clean.

Had mildew growing on tile/grout due to cracked grout, which allowed water to seep behind tile. The work was performed quickly and meticulously. Done several months ago; still looks great.

Chris was responsive, polite and efficient. He had been to my house years earlier when the same shower was in bad condition. At the time, he could not help me and recommended that the shower be re-tiled. This was done then but now there was lime scale and it needed routine maintenance. When he walked in, he remembered the house which amazed me. He was quick and reasonably priced and was actually able to call me when he was going to the house so I did not waste time waiting for him. Even better, he did the work the next day.

I called and Chris called me back right away. He was on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

It went very well. He spent about 4 hours at the house and did not leave any mess when he left. He cleaned out the old grout and caulk in the shower and regrouted and recaulked the tile. We could not use the shower for 3 days to allow the grout to cure, but it is as good as new and looks great. Very appreciated.

Chris was punctual for the estimate and punctual for the job. He cleaned up after the job was complete. He was very informative with the estimate. We could not afford $3-4,000. to replace an entire shower stall right now. Our goal was to make the shower waterproof once again and he solved our problem.
