Very well. Chris is very efficient and skilled. He began the job efficiently, cleaned up after the job and advised me not to use the shower for 48 hours to allow curing. Job......very well done.

It took them about an hour and a half to complete the work. They did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

Chris came exactly when he said he would and cleaned and stained my ceramic tile in my kitchen and bathroom beautifully. Now when there is a little dirt in my grout I simply wet a old toothbrush and the dirt is easily removed. He did an excellent job.

He was very prompt and professional. His price was very competitive. There were many stains and dirty areas on my 1 year old kitchen ceramic tile floor, due to a poor sealing job done originally (by us). After Chris's visit, the floor looks brand new again and should now stay that way. (It just goes to show that trying to save a few bucks doing it ourselves doesn't always work out for us.) We would definitely use him again.

I was impressed with the positive reviews from his previous customers and decided to give Grout Solutions a call. He responded quickly and came out for an estimate. The estimated cost seemed fair so the next day, we called and scheduled a time for him to come out. He came on time and had all his materials. He was very respectful and even took off his shoes by the door. He went to work right away. He worked very diligently from the beginning of the job till the very end. I was suprisingly impressed at how well he cleaned the tiles. The tiles had smoke sout settling and many months of foot traffic from other contractors that were fixing up the house. We had previously hired proffesional cleaners but the tiles still looked very dirty and old, so we were planning to replace the tiles. But before spending serveral thousands of dollars to replace the tiles, we decided to spend the extra $526 and see if we could get it to look better. Fortunately, Grout Solutions cleaned the tiles so well, they look new now! It was the best $526 we spent. I would definately use Grout solutions again and recommned them to others! Having gone thru a home renovation recently, I know how hard it is to find workers that are dedicated to providing excellent service and standing behind thier promise. Grout Solutions definately went beyond my expectations and am very happy to have found them on Angie's List.

Chris arrived at the scheduled time to evaluate our shower that was leaking water through the mortar/grout seams. He provided us honest feedback that we had a structural issue and that repairing the mortar/grout would probably not solve the problem. We really appreciated him being honest and now plan on having the glass block replaced with a glass enclosure.

He offered us a solution to a problem floor that saved thousands of dollars, and at the same time improved the look of the floor by grouting with a color that blended in better with our tile and with our surrounding furniture. His suggestions for color were very good. He offered creative solutions in moving around and replacing cracked tile. He was respectful and easy to work with.

A guy came in, measured and asked me to pick up my own tile. Once I got it, he came in and did the work within two days. So, that was really great. He was very personable and very businesslike. He did a good job. He is also the husband of one of the teachers I know. He charged me about $1000 and that included the materials I bought. I felt that it was a fair price. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Wonderful as usual! Chris was prompt, professional and efficient, he really knows what he is doing. Chris came to give me an estimate, provided knowedgeable suggestions on what would look good/bad in trying to prepare for the glass door installation. We scheduled a date and time to actual work, and Chris was prompt and ready to go as promised. During the course of completing the job Chris made sure that the repairs met with my expectations. The whole process took about an hour or so and it looks great! This is the second time I have employed Chris and his crew and plan to do so again. I would recommend Grout Solutions to anyone needing tile work completed, they always do a neat and tidy job.

Simple Story: Based on the Angie's list positive rating, I tried to engage this vendor to do business and was unsuccessful. I have two bathrooms needing regrouting before I have some plaster repair done and cannot get a response from this vendor.

Something fell on the ceramic corner shelf in our shower and broke it. Chris from Grout Solutions came by the house and determined it couldn't be fixed. He came by on a Thursday and measured the shelf, and planned to come back Monday to install it. He called me on Friday and had an opening, and since I was home, he was able to install it then. He was professional, and I would definitely recommend him for tile projects.

we contacted grout solutions. They came to our house and did an estimate. We scheduled the work for the following week. They asked us not to use the shower for several days in advance of the work and for 2 days following. The work itself took 2 days to complete. The final price was very much in line with the estimate. The work area was left clean and the workers were professional.

Excellent, work done professionally....and he was done when he said he would be....also replaced three tiles that were chipped.

Chris had re-grouted the shower a couple of years ago and added some shelves. He came back a couple of times and we were very please with the results. Some cracks had developed in the last few months that needed attention. Chris arrived early and went straight to work on the repairs. He spent about 40 minutes making the repairs and checking the rest of the existing grout for issues. When he was finished I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. This was completely unexpected. I didn't consider this to be reflective of the work he did a couple of years ago and felt that it was reasonable that he should be paid for these repairs. He insisted that this was not a problem and there was no charge. I can't recommend Grout Solutions enough. The customer attention, respect and fairness that I have received is very difficult to find these days. I will absolutely use their services again.
