Both times I have been there, the sales staff have been extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and gave me lots of good information. Their prices were competitive against most other retailers, but I went with someone else (Internet Floors) because they were quite a bit less.

The work preformed was outstanding. Michael laid the laminated flooring in three rooms and used an outside contractor for the capeted room. Michael is a perfectionest. It has to be done right or it will be corrected. We are considering recarpeting the upstairs of our house and we did not even bother getting any other bids. Floors Squared is competitive and they stand behind their work. Michael has execellent taste and he has recommend what he believes is best for our house. We are extremely pleased with Floors Squared and have received many compliments on our new look.

Overall, I was pleased with the work done.

Floors Squared contracted with E & S in Indianapolis to remove and install the vinyl flooring in our bathrooms. The E & S crew worked quickly and did a great job. The price was competitive with other flooring stores. Floors Squared did miss the original appointment to measure our bathrooms. And forgot to call to tell us what time the crew would be showing up. Everything turned out ok. We are happy with our floors.

Mycal, the owner, came as scheduled to measure and provide an estimate for the work. He advised on reasonably priced yet attractive carpet and vinyl, since the installation was for a house that I was preparing for sale. The carpet installers arrived on time and did good work. The vinyl installers did not make their first installation date, but rescheduled and did a good job on the installation.

Mycal, the owner, was great ... he was pro-active and had great communication. Mycal was able to schedule me in quickly. The installers did a fabulous job. You can not tell where the old floor stopped and the new one begins. The overall installation was very smooth for me and they were able to finish in a day.

Overall experience was good. Installers were efficient, cleaned up and were willing to jockey furniture around.

Mycal Boyett, owner, won the job, and then visited my home to ensure proper selection of laminate flooring for my needs (one dog and two cats and heavy foot traffic). Since I also decided to repaint the walls of these rooms (an A-frame, two story high LR), Mycal worked with me and my painter to time the floor installation to occur the day after painting was completed. Mycal, himself, took his day off to do the job, along with an assistant, in one day. They removed the carpet, etc, and expertly installed the floor and trim in 7 hours. I am quite satisfied with the result.

Jarrett and partner were on time and wasted no time getting to work. Very professional, and answered all of my questions.

FLOORS SQUARED ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO END. THE PRICE I RECEIVED ON MY ESTIMATE WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS CHARGED THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT!

FLOORS SQUARED ARRIVED WITHIN 15 MINUTES WHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE WORKMEN WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND WORKED VERY HARD. THEY STRIPPED THE CARPET AND HAD THE FLOORING AND TRIM DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY CAME BACK THE SECOND DAY TO DO FINISH WORK. MYCAL WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE KNOWS FLOORING PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO THE INSTALL. THE CRAFTMANSHIP OF OUR FLOOR IS EXCELLENT. NOW WE THINK OUR UPPER FLOOR NEEDS TO BE DONE! WE WILL CALL FLOOR SQUARED AGAIN.

JARRETT WAS ON TIME AND CALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS OKAY THAT HE CAME EARLY. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK, AND CLEANED UP WHEN COMPLETED. THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THE INVOICE JARRETT EXPLAINED AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE MISTAKE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

OVERALL, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THE OWNER (JARRED) DOES SALES AND INSTALLATION. IT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH THE SAME PERSON FROM START TO FINISH. JARRED WORKED WITH ME TO CHOOSE THE BEST KITCHEN FLOORING OPTION FOR MY SITUATION. I SELECTED A LAMINATE FLOOR (MANNINGTON) AND AM VERY PLEASED. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE LAMINATE FLOOR IN THE POWDER ROOM WHICH WAS AN EXTREMELY SMALL SPACE. JARRED AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CALLED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION DATE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING WAS. THE STORE ASSISTANT (SHERI?) WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT. FINALLY, THEY DID A NICE JOB IN CLEANING UP AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

JARED, FROM FLOORS SQUARED, ASSISTED ME IN CONTACTING ARMSTRONG FLOORING REGARDING A WARRANTY ISSUE ON MY HARDWOOD FLOORS. I HAD GOTTEN NO RESPONSE FROM ARMSTRONG IN 30 DAYS AND JARED CALLED HIS SALES REPRESENTATIVE ON MY BEHALF AND REQUESTED WE GET IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. FLOORS SQUARED WAS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION OF THE FLOORS, BUT THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND ASSISTED ME ANYWAY.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE OWNERS SELL AND INSTALL THE FLOORING THEMSELVES. THEY HAVE THE INSTALLATION DOWN TO A SCIENCE AND WERE NOT ONLY AT MY HOUSE ON TIME, BUT FINISHED THE JOB (AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES) IN ABOUT 3 HOURS. THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT AND THE SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL.
