Description of Work: Replaced our furnace. As always these guys are top notch with customer service, trouble shooting and fair pricing.

Description of Work: Had some issues with the HVAC system early in 2015. We had issues with another provider so we went with Edge. Their service techs were punctual, very helpful and very professional. The issue we had was that the problem wasn't fixed the first time - an emergency call had to be made due to extremely low temperatures and having a newborn (and a furnace that didn't work). The solution that was ultimately decided on was to just pull the filter - no other mechanical work was completed. When we ended up reaching out for a proposal for a new HVAC system, Edge came back the highest for the same system to other providers were offering. They are expensive which I believe is a function of the location in which they are located.

They were on time and spent about one hour checking system and giving us training on new system. They also help us set our new digital thermostat, that we were having problems setting up. Great service and very professional, will use them in the future.

I signed a 2 year service agreement because I know I can trust them not to try to sell me a repair that I do not need. A friend just hired them to replace their entire HVAC system because of their quality, value and level of expertise.
