Eagle Handyman Service

This is the second time I used Jay's services and I was just as pleased with the experience as I was the first time. He is so pleasant and helpful. He arrived on time and got right to work. Rather than assuming where I wanted the mirrors and towel bars hung, he involved me at the right times to make sure he was hanging them to my satisfaction. As before, his work was professional and efficient. Once he was done with the project, he cleaned up everything. And the master bathroom looks awesome! I've already scheduled him for another job. Excellent service! Excellent work! Excellent guy!

Jay overall did a fabulous job! All work was of high quality and done in an expediant and professional manner. He accurately estimated the amount of time needed for the job, and showed up each day promptly at 9am. While installing the tile in one of the bathrooms, he noticed the toilet was wasting water by continuing to run intermitantly and offered to repair it. We were impressed with Jay's work and identified additional work (install shower sustain rod, faucet repair, kitchen caulking), which he was able to just work in while he was here working on the tile. Jay even brought in our mail and paper each morning!

Jay is an extremely capable and neat worker.He is also a really nice person. His fees are reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Fairman stopped by a few days before the agreed work date to be sure we had everything that would be needed. He recommended different light fixtures than the ones we'd purchased and explained why. He agreed to purchase what he thought would work better and brought them with him when he did the work. He was on time, courteous, and pleasant, and he cleaned up the mess! He did a great job with the doors and was absolutely right about the lights. I will definitely call him the next time I have work!

Jay Fairman, The Eagle Handyman does absolutely excellent work. We've had everything done from repairing leaky faucets to building a Pergola and Jay Fairman always gets the job done with super results. He's a very talented, accomplished, and reliable Handyman. Mr. Fairman is a true professional. He's punctual with his arrival time and is highly responsive with his accessability. His quality of work is second to none. Price wise Mr. Fairman is very reasonable. His people skills are outstanding and he's just a great "go to guy" when there's a home maintenance problem that needs immediate attention. We've used Mr. Fairman, The Eagles Handyman for over ten years and we've been just elated with everything he's done for us ... Mr Fairman is as good as they come.

Jay called to confirm arrrival time (arriving on time) and repaired 2 screens on our porch. While repairing screens, he noticed a downspout that was misaligned and took the time to repair the downspout with screws. The screens look absolutely perfect. Courteous, kind, great price, and plan to call him for additional work in the future!

When Jay was exiting the house, he noticed that my front storm door needed to be adjusted, and he fixed it for free. What great service!

They are an A+ service provider. The quality of his work is excellent. He is very thoroughly priced. He does very good work. He has a wide variety of skills. He is in demand because of his good work. He once was able to take an existing ceiling and was able to patch and repair that for a new lighting fixture. That was a really skilled work. He has done a lot of things like that. If he can?t do anything, he will let you know about it. I rate him high overall.

The last time he was out was to install a flatscreen in our bedroom. He moved an electrical outlet, the cable location, installed the bracket for the tv, and mounted the tv. He also wall fished the cable and the electrical wires.

Jay responded to my inquiry quickly, showed up on time, and installed a new screen door for me. It was all done very well, and completed timely and very affordable.

Jay scheduled a time, showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner. When I ran out of materials, he ran to Lowe's and picked up additional materials as well. Job completed and looks great! I will definitely use him again.

Went great. Expanded our hanging space in the closet. Jay always arrives when he says he will, does a great job, and is very reasonable. In addition, he is a very pleasant man. We always use him when we need any handyman work done and will continue to do so.

Jay has worked for us since 2002. He can and has done many different jobs from carpentry, to electrical, to wood work to picture hanging. There is nothing that he can't do. He is very methodical in the way he works alway working in a very organized manor. If he is asked to do a job that he does not feel that he can do he will tell you. He is very professional and a perfectionist and he always cleans up after each task.

First of all, Jay is very professional. He arrives when he says he will, cleans up any mess he makes and goes above and beyond. He even brought in our garbage cans on trash day. We cannot say enough about the quality of his work. The crown molding he installed in perfect. The shelf is beautiful. He also helped us decide what to do about a crack in the basement wall that he discovered during the work he was doing. Our basement now looks wonderful and I cannot imagine that it could have gone any better. We highly recommend Jay to anyone who is in need of handyman services.

It was excellent. He's been working on the project for a couple years. We would order them and he would cut the doors to fit and stain them. He does wonderful wood work. He does a great job and we are very pleased.
