Jay was here doing an assortment of jobs from electrical, to plumbing for two days. All the work was very carefully and professionally done, Jay is very thorough, and neat. We will definitely hire Jay again, and recommend him.

He is very nice and does a good job. He knows what he's doing. He also always cleans up and is honest if he can't do something he'll let you know.

Everything went well. I ordered 2 storm doors to replace old ones. Mr. Fairman picked up the doors for me at Menards and removed my old doors and installed the new doors. He always does excellent work. He hauled all the old doors and other trash away also. We have used his services several times and have always been pleased with his work. We have asked him to do some work for us. Very pleasant and easy to work with. We are very satisfied.

Jay Fairman/Eagle Handyman is so efficient, organized, and capable, it is simply amazing. I have had some disappointing, even terrifying, experiences with service providers but I know I can always count on him to tell me what needs to be done and to do it professionally. He knows what he is doing and does it so methodically and quickly that I never feel like he is charging as much as he is worth! His work is an excellent value and he provides exceptional service; he is always on time, does what needs to be done expeditiously and neatly, leaves no mess whatsoever. In short, he is outstanding.

Jay is my handyman of choice. He is reliable, fairly priced and does very very good work. He first tried to repair the light I order to save me the expense of a new one. He installed the new one quickly and it works perfectly. I've hired Jay several times in the past and will hire him in the future.

Jay was always polite and responsive and very fairly priced. He was contacted about torn screens in the winter and we waited until warm weather to do the repairs as he suggested the screening could be pulled tauter in warm weather. However, he came out and did a temporary fix to improve the appearance of the screens in the meantime. Both times he was here, I asked him to do a couple of small handyman jobs, which he did with success.

Everything was great from the time we called until the job was done. He got back to us right away.

As always, Jay returned our call right away, set up a time to do the work. He installed two new light sets, repaired the wall where needed as the new lights were attached to the wall a little differently. He made sure the lights shades were positioned perfectly. He is wonderful to work with and did a terrific job.

He ended up staying late and doing other things like hanging lights and services I had not listed.

Fantastic! He is quick, efficient, and meticulous. His pricing is more than fair. He can fix anything or build something totally new from scratch. We moved into a rental home that had lots of issues and he came in with a checklist and went from room to room fixing everything. We will absolutely use him again.

This was the third time I've hired Jay. As always, he arrived promptly and was quick to get to work. He is such a pleasant person to be around. I really appreciate that he makes that extra effort to do the job right and to completion. And I like that he asks if there is anything else I need done before he leaves. I will be hiring him for future jobs.

This is the second time I used Jay's services and I was just as pleased with the experience as I was the first time. He is so pleasant and helpful. He arrived on time and got right to work. Rather than assuming where I wanted the mirrors and towel bars hung, he involved me at the right times to make sure he was hanging them to my satisfaction. As before, his work was professional and efficient. Once he was done with the project, he cleaned up everything. And the master bathroom looks awesome! I've already scheduled him for another job.
