Description of Work: Checked possible entrances for creatures and tried to determine the type. They were small red ground squirrels. When all animals were gone. the service closed up the holes and sealed them. Very thorough job: not bothered since.

Description of Work: We had moles, voles, and shrews tunneling in our yard. Critter Control started work in June and is doing an outstanding job baiting and collecting. Tracy Sullivan is reliable, professional, and returned calls immediately. He is in uniform, so you always know who is entering your yard. He is also very polite. We opted for an annual contract to be sure to rid the lawn of these critters. He always leaves a note and states what he gathered. At one point, there was no activity and he informed us that he wouldn't be back, but should we see a creature to call him. We did see another vole a few days later. He came right back and continued to check the lawn.
