Extremely disappointed. We spotted three bats in the house and called this firm for help. A consultant visited our home in mid August. He removed a small bat that was found, inspected the house, and determined that the infestation was in the chimney. He taped a dark green plastic over our fireplace and said that he would put together a plan to evict the bats and seal the entry spots. We paid him $179 for the service which was supposed to include his mitigation plan. I never heard from him again. A month has passed and I've made 4 follow up calls. Each time a receptionist says they will get back to us. I have yet to receive a single call. Do not use this company as they do not follow through. I now have plastic over my fireplace and need to find another contractor to take care of the problem.

Jordan came out from Critter Control of Hamilton County and did a wonderful job answering my questions about humanely removing and dealing with the animal. He set up the live trap and took it away the same day caught. I am very happy with their service, Jordan's care, and the quick response to my telephone calls. I will definitely use them again! Very prompt service, professional and knowledgeable. Installed screens and a one-way "door" so squirrels could leave and not get back in. Came back and closed off opening, so no more squirrels!

Removal went well. It took about 4 trips to keep removing the vols from the traps.

I have a noise in areas of my house. I definitely needed to rule out critters! Tracey came out and did a thorough inspection. No critters. Great company. They have put vent and dryer guards up in the past.

he swept down gobs of webs and large and small spiders. he sprayed the outside very well and even in the door wells between door and storm door. he was very professional and friendly, i think the price for what i got was very fair and he set a few traps to see if i had a mouse problem which i know of one or more in my cabinet. i was very impressed with his demeanor, he was not at all intimidating and was willing to work with me if i need more mouse control. i liked him very much and feel he did a very good job.

I contacted Critter Control of Hamilton County to remove bird nests from two exterior bathroom vents. They were responsive and got someone out within a week. Upon inspection, the technician stated that he removed all of the nesting from vent 1, but couldn't reach and remove the entire nest from vent 2. He requested to go up in the attic to remove everything from vent 2; I asked if he was sure he removed everything from vent 1 since there are actually two fans venting from the same opening ( I was worried he couldn't see it all from the outside of our home since they don't actually use a camera to inspect it). He said he would also check vent 1 while he was up there, but as you'll read in the next paragraph, I'm pretty sure he never looked. The technician finished the job by putting our new vent covers on (additional $60 charge per cover). Fast forward during the next two weeks: My husband and I kept smelling what we thought was nesting coming from one of the exhaust fans that goes out vent 1. He got up in the attic and found that there was 4-5 FEET worth of nesting packed in the vent tubing. He ended up replacing all of the tubing. While we would have expected that nesting to be found by the technician during his visit (especially given the fact that we paid $400), we realize that mistakes happen. My husband called CC of HC and left a voicemail letting them know about our find. We have given them 3 full business days to call back, but there has been no response. Because of this, the "good" review I would have left, is now "bad" because of poor customer service.

Within 10 days, they caught 2 raccoons. The noise by the back door stopped. They left the trap up for about a week extra to make sure there were no more pests. At the end of the time, they provided a quote to put up a barrier on the deck to keep animals out. We decided not to do that

Fine. They were able to figure out the problem without getting up in the attic until they had the screens to install. They assessed the issue and came back to install the screens within 24 hrs!

They are great at trapping squirrels but not great at preventing them from returning.

They didn't find anything except mice, so put down poison. So they discounted the service. I still think the price is high for a service call. However, I appreciate what they do and am willing to pay it.

2 guys came out and inspected the exterior and found 2 holes in the foundation masonry that were allowing critters to get into the home. The critters were most likely mice. Traps were set and they came back to check on them. The holes in the masonry were filled.

Worker was timely and responsive. Outlined problem and suggested practical solutions.

I needed the gutters cleaned. They did a wonderful job!

They did a great job, the bats are gone, the house is sealed and I hope never to see those bats again. They gave us a 2 year guarantee, very reassuring! Great service!

After we called them, they came to the house and did an inspection of the roof and around the house. They found where a hole had been chewed in the roof (showing us pictures of the damage). They put a live trap on the roof to try and catch the critter. They also put bait boxes for mice around the house perimeter, in case we also were having trouble with mice. They came back daily (except the weekend) to check on things. After a full week of not being able to trap the critter, they installed a kill trap. Heard a really mad critter in the attic the last day, and in the morning when we checked, there was a raccoon. Unfortunately, while she was lying low in the attic, she had had 3 babies who were now "mewing". Critter Control then went into the attic and "captured" the babies. They did come back and check after the weekend to make certain we had no other critters trying to come in. The raccoon had crawled up the drain spout to access the roof.

The two gentlemen that showed up to remove the nest were prompt, courteous and efficient. The only concern I had was that the person who quoted the work didn't include the 'per bag' cost. I was under the impression that it was a flat cost for them to come out and do the work. It more than doubled the price of the job.

Set up Bait stations after inspection all areas of the house, basement , attic and crawl space. Have been mice free ever since!!!
