Excellent service overall. First they came to my house to see if they could fix the problem onsite. When it was determined that they needed additional equipment to fix my problem they took the hard drive back to their office to retrieve all my lost information. Within 24 hours all my information was recovered and reloaded on my external hard drive. They were able to save everything. I am very pleased with the service I received.

The entire experience was outstanding. They are prompt; they are fair; they are smart and they really know what they are doing. He was very realistic with me that it might cost a whole lot more, but once he got in to the computer, he was able to fix the problem and I decided (with his recommendation) to upgrade and what a wise, wise choice that was. I came home, put it right back to work and I have been satisfied since. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was okay. So, so impressed.

From the moment he arrived we were completely impressed by the technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He talked to us about what we would like to accomplish and worked quickly and efficiently. He knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain it all to us. Feras and Mitch were both very helpful. My computer would crash every time I tried to install the Windows Vista service packs. I requested Windows 7 be installed. I took the computer in around noon on Monday. On Monday afternoon, Mitch called to give me a report on the diagnostics and timeframe for completion of the project. Feras called on Tuesday as soon as my computer was complete. Service was completed quickly and within stated timeframe and cost. I will use them again for any of my computer needs.

You would think it is pretty cut and dry to connect a MacBook to your TV. It really isn't because computer signals and TV signals are different and getting them to communicate takes knowledge that I don't have. Feras, the owner, sent his MAC tech, Mitch, over to do the job. Mitch had to go to the Mac store at Keystone at the Crossing to get the right cable. The guys at the Mac store told him the wrong part and he ended up having to make another trip to Best Buy to get the right cable. He was on my job almost four hours with the time it took to get the right part. When Mitch left, everything was working fine and he took my PC tower with him to thoroughly clean it and make a CD for me of my photo files. However, later that night when I tried to watch a You Tube on my TV, the audio would not work because the cable would not keep a tight connection to the port on the back of the TV. I don't blame the tech because there are not clear cut ways of hooking a MacBook to a TV as a monitor because the technology is constantly changing with every generation of computer. Feras followed up with me by email and phone after the sale. I was busy and didn't get back to him right away, so he called me again to make sure I was perfectly happy. That's when I told him the connection was unstable. The following Saturday, Feras personally came to my house and spent a couple hours sorting it out for me. Everything is golden now. I was very impressed by the proprietor's personal ownership of this problem I had. He was not going to stop until I was perfectly happy. I'm very impressed with Computer Troubleshooters and especially the owner, a family man who is building an impressive business up in Carmel. He services the whole city. Don't hesitate to call them, especially if you want to rely on service after the sale. I was told if there are any further problems, that they will be immediately resolved. Thanks Feras! This is the best IT company I have ever used. Feras came out the day after I called, he was right on time and got right to work. He set up my wireless network for my computers. I was also having some tv's and wirelss BluRay players installed in my house and Feras set up the wireless BluRay players because the tv installers couldn't figure it out. My wireless network did not work the next day and Feras came right out and found an issue with my AT & T router that kept failing. He was here 2 additional hours solving the problem with no charge. He also gave me his cell and e-mail if anything arises in the future. IF YOU NEED ANY COMPUTER HELP THEN YOU MUST CONSIDER COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTERS.

I got a new laptop for Mother's Day but had no idea how to "make it work". Mr. Mash came to my home to set it up. He even arrived 30 minutes early because he knew I was concerned about getting to work on time. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made recommendations at my request and I felt no obligation to purchase anything. I highly recommend this company.
