Overall, I am very pleased with the service I was provided. When I initially took my computer in, Gary listened very carefully to what my issues were and treated me professionally. Again, when I returned for the second round, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I am very happy with the results. I've always thought I was computer savvy and never thought I would need to resort to hiring someone to bail me out. I'm glad I decided to go with Computer Troubleshooters and would not hesitate to return or to recommend them to someone else.

Offered me various options on styles of hard drives and prices. Explained option of reinstalling operation system by them or on my own. Gave me prices and options up front on everything. I had them install the hard drive and reinstall my operation system for me. Computer is working great and they had it repaired within 24 hours. My experience with them was excellent. Very professional and friendly when I called to ask questions. I ended up bringing my laptop in to be looked at. I had the angie's list coupon for a free diagnostic and they were very honest and told me my computer only needed some window's updates. They offered to do them for a fee or told me I could do them myself, which is what I chose to do. The whole thing ended up costing me nothing and they did not try to tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong with my computer when it wasn't. Will definitely use them again.

My old personal laptop (7 yrs old) stopped working & had several problems. Found CTC via Angie's list. The owners at CTC took my laptop, ran a diagnostics, & then made recommendations. I was so happy that my old laptop could be made fully functional again. Next day got back my laptop fixed and ready to go...with a new optical drive and OS. Was very pleased with the speedy service & how CTC explained everything so I could understand the problem & what was needed. Would highly recommend CTC & will be using them again.

Feras Mash, the owner; listened carefully to my specific needs and put together a great package on a new laptop. I was definitely looking for a high-performance pc; and he delivered. He also helped me save money by choosing certain options. I've been using the computer for several months now, and it is flawless.

Everything, from the initial phone call for information to the final pickup of my laptop, met and exceeded my expectations. Feras Mash, the owner, checked out all the possibilities as to why my battery wasn't charging including trying different AC adapters, testing the battery (it was fine), and resetting my software drivers. I obtained a cryptovirus that encrypted all of the files on my PC. I had hoped that the files would be able to be restored, but due to the type of virus, that wasn't possible. Computer Troubleshooters was able to remove the virus from the PC and restore it back to factory settings.

Because it was too costly to repair, with my permission, they backed up recoverable files to a flash drive so that we could transfer the data to a new computer. The process took less than three days with the initial diagnosis within the first day. Though costly, saving the files that could be saved was an economically sound decision. The personnel were professional, pleasant. and thorough. I would recommend them and use them again.

It was recommended that it wasn't worth the repair of our laptop given the potential cost. No additional work was opted at that time. He performed the analysis quickly and confirmed what we suspected.

I could not get my laptop to run the program to install my printer. The technician exactly on time and got the printer installed. Along the way he discovered remnants of a printer I haven't had for years and removed them. The next day my wife had trouble printing from her laptop. I called to tell them about it and they explained that it must be a different problem because only my computer was involved. We resolved my wife's printer issue. Later in the day they called to see if we still had problems. I was very impressed with the follow up and their concern.

Someone remoted into my computer and downloaed a bunch of programs which caused the computer to not work. I took it to Computershooters of Carmel on Friday night and was able to pick it up the following Monday.

I like to think of myself as pretty computer savvy, until I prove myself wrong and break something. Then I call Feras Mash of Computer Troubleshooters, who actually knows what he's doing, and he zips over to my place of business, fixes everything I broke in like five minutes, charges me a paltry fee, and lets me get back to work without a second thought. Feras has saved my butt more times than I remember, and he deserves to keep your business running too. A true gentleman, an honest businessman, and a hidden Carmel gem.

My computer would not boot up. Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel had a $55 diagnostic fee that could be applies to any repairs if I chose to have them fix the problem. They promised a diagnosis in 24-48 hours, but I was pleased to see that they sent me an email 3 hours later with a diagnosis (corrupted Windows 8.1 installation) and a recommended solution (reinstall Windows 8.1). The email said I could authorize the work simply by replying to it, and I did. When I called at 11 AM the next morning, the computer was done. (My only concern was that they didn't call or email me first.) They started the computer and let me inspect it. All my files were still there! They also asked if I wanted them to install a backup utility. When I told them I did backups by dragging files to an external hard drive, they told me that Windows has its own backup utility and that I might want to consider using that instead. Also, I was able to use an Angie's List Coupon that offered a 15% discount for first-time customers. So, my $199 repair bill was actually only $169. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. The price appeared to be the going rate for that kind of repair. I would recommend Computer Troubleshooters of Carmel to others.

They did a pretty good job. They had it repaired when they said they would.

I was assured that there would be no problem with my itunes library once my computer was fixed. At that point I was dealing with the young man. When I went to pick up the computer, the owner took take of me. I checked the computer before I left and found that my itunes library was not there. The owner became very defensive when I was upset that it wasn't there. He acted like I was trying to pull one over on him. I left the computer there and the young man called me the next day to let me know that he had taken care of it. The owner never apologized or acknowledged he was wrong. The young man was very nice, but I won't go back there.
