WHERE AS BRIAN CLEARLY KNEW AND LOVED HIS WORK. HE WAS ABLE TO RESTORE OUR PIANO AND RECONDITION IT FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM.

Description of Work: PICKED UP AND DELIVERED A PIANO WE HAD PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER FAMILY. PAID THE BALANCE OF WHAT WE OWED SO THEY COULD PICK UP THE PIANO ON A FRIDAY. WE THEN PAID THEM FOR THE MOVE AND BALANCE OWED ON THE PIANO ON A SATURDAY.

THIS COMPANY IS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT PIANOS AND WILLING TO SPEND TIME WITH YOU EXPLAINING WHAT THEY KNOW. IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY LOVED WHAT THEY DID (RESTORE OLD PIANOS AS WELL AS SELL NEW ONES), AND KNEW THE INDUSTRY INSIDE AND OUT.

THEY HELD THE PIANO FOR ME UNTIL I MADE A FINAL DECISION, GAVE ME A PIANO BENCH, MOVED THE PIANO AND TUNED THE PIANO AFTER BEING IN MY HOME FOR A FEW WEEKS, ALL FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEM AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING TO BUY A PIANO. THEY LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS AND DESIRES AND SELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WHAT THEY HAPPEN TO HAVE IN THEIR STORE.
