Everything went great. The move was done very professionally and both guys were courteous and professional.

I called to arrange delivery on a Saturday and was told to expect a callback from the delivery team early in the week. I got a call on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me that same afternoon. They gave me a two hour window, called before pickup and before delivery and arrived right when they said they would at each location. Everything was very smooth and the delivery team was friendly, polite, and professional. It was a great no-hassle experience and the price (175 before tip) seems very fair to me.

Needed an upright grand piano moved from our old house to the new house. Piano Solutions provided the best estimate of four companies contacted. The two movers called ahead, arrived on time and were courteous and professional. The move went without incident and we were very happy with the service provided

I would highly recommend -- they called when on their way (in the time range I was told), the movers were prompt, courteous, and handled the piano appropriately. They went directly to our daughter's house and there unloaded in a very professional manner. I would use again for any special or fragile furniture move.

Tom and Dave were very careful, professional and efficient. I had used this company seven years earlier, and was happy to see the same high level of service. They were also patient in helping me position the piano in its new place.

Overall, it went without a hitch in spite of rain. From my initial phone contact with Carmel Piano Movers to the delivery of the piano, all went as projected. I was delighted with the service!

I was trying to sell my old piano and Brian Hostetler, the proprietor, called me. He offered me more than I thought it was worth, offered to pick it up and wrote me a check the next day. He was professional, friendly and promptly took care of getting the piano out of my garage (while I was out of town). I have referred him to several people for piano tuning and they've all thanked me. I would definitely call him again for any service he offers. A great guy to do business with.

I puchased a used piano for my daughter. I know nothing about these inturments. They sales guy (Mike) was very honest and educated me in the world of pianos. Even was willing to inform me on what to look for when I was looking at privately owned pianos. Piano Solutions had the best prices from the start and were very honest. The exp. of buying a product from this company was a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend this place to all. The moving guys that they contracted to deliver the piano, were just as good . thank you piano solutions

The movers were professional, punctual and efficient. Could not have asked for an easier experience.

They attempted to deliver us two pianos from the truck. Finally we jointly discovered that they had not picked up the piano to be moved.to our house. This fiasco took 90 minutes. Had they read the paperwork it should have taken about 30 minutes. Movers were new on the job. We are sure that they learned their lesson, and that future deliveries will go more smoothly. To their credit they handled the piano with great care.

The move was absolutely excellent. Tom and his crew were extremely careful not to damage our piano, or the walls, floor, doorway, and furnishings.Tom also provided great advice regarding care for the piano and how to achieve the best acoustic effect. I learned so much about our piano, and pianos in general. The whole process took only about an hour.

They moved a grand piano. It was not easy to get it into the house. They did everything exactly as I asked them to. They placed it just like I wanted it. The price was reasonable. They were good.

I called on Friday and by Saturday, had an appointment for my piano tuning on Monday. Talk about swift! Jason came to my house and was a little late, but it didn't affect my day much. He was polite and professional and got right to work after asking a few questions about the piano. My piano hasn't been tuned or even really played in about 4 1/2 years, so I required a more expensive tuning service than if I would've had the tuning done regularly. Next time, it won't cost nearly as much. The tuning went fairly quickly and took about an hour to an hour and a half. When the tuning was done, Jason played the piano a bit and it sounded wonderful. Overall, this was a painless experience and I really appreciated that they were able to get it done within my time frame. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent! I highly recommend these guys. They were very professional and very careful, with both the piano and with our floors and walls. They were also very flexible with the scheduling, as we didn't really want people tracking snow and mud through our house.

They were very professional, pleasant and it only took 10 minutes.

It went fabulously. It only took them 45 minutes to move our piano. They were very helpful and efficient. We appreciated them advising us to get Magic Sliders from Home Depot so that we can scoot the piano around to clean, etc. They waited while I went and got some so they could put them under the piano!

They were fantastic. I'll definitely use them again for moving and for the other services they offer (such as tuning and restoration). This was an antique baby grand piano and they handled it with kid gloves. Recommended repairs and offered suggestions. They were nice, courteous, but most importantly, they did a great job. They even recommended and brought coasters to sit the piano on when they returned. No one else has ever taken the time to be so thorough.

The brought it back when we moved into our new house. The piano still works. There was no damage. They did a fine job.

They did a seemingly excellent job & were very experienced, as 2 guys could not have done it alone had they not been!

These people are professionals. My wife plays piano and I have never played in my life. My wife wanted to get back to playing for fun. I am learning too. The salespeople were excellent and answered all questions including my uneducated ones. The piano delivery was also on time and well done. The first tuning is also included and from what I have read on Angie's List, I expect it to be well done as well.

I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

CARMEL PIANO MOVERS WERE VERY FLEXIBLE AND UNDERSTANDING REGARDING MAKING THE DELIVERY A ''SURPRISE'', AS THE PIANO WAS PURCHASED AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SPOUSE. THEY HAD TO CHANGE DELIVERY TIMES ON THE SPUR OF THE MOMENT, AS MY SPOUSE'S SCHEDULE CHANGED WITH SHORT NOTICE. THANKS!

ESTIMATE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN INDY PIANO MOVERS, SO I DECIDED TO USE THEM INSTEAD. WHOEVER I TALKED TO DID NOT WIN POINTS FOR FRIENDLINESS, EITHER.
