The work turned out great. They were very professional, and if I had the money I’d use them again. They are a little pricey, but they do do good work.

The work turned out very well. They had to come back to do some additional work that had come unglued, but they were very professional and they came back in a timely manner. I have been really happy with them and I would hire them again. They stand behind their product. The only problem that I had was that the designer came up with ideas that the people who performed the work weren't familiar with, so there were some communication problems, because they weren't sure if they could do what she designed.

The work turned out great, we are real happy with it. He did the work when he said he was going to. We had one little problem after the work was done and we called and told them about it, and they came back right away and fixed it. They also were able to change things around to better accommodate our needs.

The day before our appointment, she called to "ask me questions" and gave me the feeling that if I had to ask, I probably couldn't afford it. It left me with an icky feeling, and when I do have the work done, I'd never call them back.

They did an excellent job! They did everything they were supposed to do with no problems. Their clean up was perfect.

They were great and did a nice job.

Everyone I worked with came across knowledgeable and professional. The product is a bit pricey, but a well thought through design seems well worth the investment.

I have worked with Mr. Meyer and California Closets several times. He is able to take the customer's ideas and develop great plans. The men working on this project were wonderful. It was a 2 day project. They were prompt, paid attention to detail, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the end result.

Very well. I had a little difficulty describing what I wanted the "craft" closet to look like, but after e-mailing back and forth a few times, my designer submitted just what I was looking for. The installation went well. The installer was polite, clean and professional. I was surprised at how clean he left the closets. They were ready for me to put things away without having to wipe out sawdust, etc.

It was a great experience. During our initial consultation, the representative was very thorough on discovering what was important to my wife and I and brought to light a lot of things that we never even considered. She then created our system. The computer drawings were all 3 dimensional so we could visualize how the system would look installed and ensure that it was functional for us. The sales process was very comfortable and visiting the showroom was very helpful to visualize what the functionality of the system was. The showroom attendant was very polite and answered all of our questions. Once we approved the work was scheduled. The installers were very professional. They were clean and neat and my wife was very comfortable having them in our home. The old shelving was removed they patched all of the walls, painted and installed our new system. Overall it was a great experience. We would highly recommend them.

We called California Closets when we decided to take on our disorganized closets. The process was wonderful and smooth all the way thru. We called in, and were able to schedule an appointment with someone right then. Our design consultant showed up on time, she took time to ask us about our needs, what was important to us about working with a company, and really made us feel like she was our partner in all of this. She measured, listened to what we wanted, asked us about things we never would of thought of, and designed a closet right then and there. The 3D program they use makes it really easy to visualize what the finished product would look like. We didn't feel pressured to buy, and she followed up with us till we were ready to make a decision. The scheduling process was easy, our installer was efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating, and it was all done in less than a day! They even called back to be sure that we were happy after we moved everything back into the closets.

Both the installer and the person who came out to take measurements and give us suggestions were excellent. They were very courteous and professional. I'm just really happy with it.

Wow!! I am totally impressed with my new laundry room. Annamaria came out and gave me an estimate on my boring laundry room and master's closet. The prices are a little high, but the materials and life time warranty are worth the extra cost. My family has used California Closets for quite a while and the product is impressive. They called to confirm time of installation, and although the installer ran late, he called twice to let me know his ETA. He was very professional, showed me how to operate the adjustable shelves, and my laundry room is so much more functional than it was before. I cannot wait to have my master closet complete. I really feel that CA closets has added value to my home, and I was impressed with Annamaria's design ideas and layout. I love it, and I would highly recommend them.

I did not use because price was 40% more than anyone else. Price was given over phone per foot. After giving this quote I did not have come out to give more accurate quote because the price was way out of line for what I had budgeted.

Annamaria is very professional. She came to the appointment and offered suggestions. She then emailed the final design to me with the quote in a timely manner. I really enjoyed working with her. However, I ended up going with another company because their price was a little more competitive. However, I had a great experience with her and would suggest you call them when getting quotes for your next closet project. I will call her again when I start another project for another estimate.

The process was fast, yet professionally accomplished. The installer cleaned up after the installation was completed. What I like about this closet compared to the metal one is that one doesn't have to deal with unsightly load bearing rods that only give way to the stress of heavier clothes. California Closets provide both a sturdier and attractive alternative.

Price seemed too high, so we decided to go with a less expensive system. Had to wait a while for an appointment. The consultant who came was wonderful and listened attentively, but price was the final consideration.

Overall experience was very positive. They worked with our schedules and were willing to reschedule appointments as needed.

KEITH CAME OUT TO OUR HOME TO GIVE US ESTIMATES IN BOTH OUR BASEMENT AND IN OUR LAUNDRY ROOM. WE DISCUSSED SOME ADDITIONAL CABINETS BEING ADDED IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, AND AN ENTERTAINMENT WALL SURROUNDING OUR BIG SCREEN, FIREPLACE AND WINDOW IN OUR BASEMENT. KEITH DISCUSSED WITH US WHAT OUR PROBLEMS WERE, WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE OR HAVE AND SHARED SOME BALLPARK PRICES, ETC. HE GAVE US A FEW BROCHURES TO LOOK OVER, AND SAID HE'D DROP OFF SOME DRAWINGS WITH ESTIMATES IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS FOR US. I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE THEM IN THE MAILBOX IF WE WEREN'T HOME. THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. UNFORTUNATELY FOR CA. CLOSETS, WE'VE USED A HANDYMAN TO INSTALL CABINETS IN OUR LAUNDRY ROOM IN THE MEANTIME, AND THAT ROOM LOOKS TERRIFIC. I'D PROBABLY HIRE THEM FOR FUTURE WORK, BUT THEY'D HAVE TO GIVE ME A PRETTY GOOD INCENTIVE TO DO SO AT THIS POINT. THEIR LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS IN THIS SITUATION SPEAKS DIRECTLY TO PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY, IN MY OPINION.

ANNAMARIA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND SHE WAS VERY PROMPT IN SENDING ME HER PROPOSED LAYOUTS FOR MY CLOSETS. SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME EVERY WEEK UNTIL I MADE A DECISION ON WHICH COMPANY TO CHOOSE. SHE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING WHEN I TOLD HER I HAD DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. SHE ASKED FOR ANY CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK TO HELP HER IN FUTURE SELLING SITUATIONS.

POSITIVE. I AM A REPEAT BUYER OF CA CLOSETS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. CHARLIE MEYER, PRESIDENT, CAME OUT FOR THE CONSULTATION, AS HE HAD FOLKS ON VACATION. SPENT ADEQUATE TIME TO SEE OLD HOUSE TO DETERMINE CLOTHING HANGING AND OTHER SPACE NEEDS, AND THEN SPENT TIME AT NEW HOME TO COME UP WITH APPROPRIATE RECOMMENDATIONS. UP FRONT I TOLD CHARLIE THAT I WOULD BE OBTAINING QUOTES FROM OTHER CLOSET COMPANIES TO ASSESS THEIR ABILITIES. MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT I WAS OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT ''AS A REPEAT PURCHASER'' ONLY AFTER I PRESENTED OTHER QUOTES TO CA CLOSETS. WOULD PREFER SUCH PRICING TO BE THE ORIGINAL PRICING. WHILE CA CLOSETS IS A SLIGHT BIT PRICIER, I BELIEVE I'M GETTING BETTER OVERALL QUALITY.

THE GENTLEMEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE NEW OWNER WAS GREAT! WE HAD SOME TROUBLE GETTING THE DESK JUST RIGHT BUT THEY WERE VERY KIND AND HELPED US FIGURE OUT WHAT WOULD BE BEST. THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THE GUY THAT ACTUALLY INSTALLS THEM WAS WONDERFUL AND HE WAS A PLEASURE TO COME IN CONTACT WITH. THE NEW OWNER IS A GREAT GUY AND WE'RE SURE HE'LL DO REALLY WELL.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY DID A PERFECT JOB. THEY CAME BACK TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS PLEASED.
