When family began arriving for the Christmas holiday, my son began noodling on the piano and we realized there were some very sour notes. Mr. Bonner came that very day to ensure that we could have nice-sounding piano accompaniment to our caroling after Christmas Eve dinner.

I met Bob at my parents home in Fishers and we loaded the piano on to his equipment, rolled it on to his trailer and headed to my home in Fishers. My parents gave my family the piano as a gift for my daughters to learn to play. It's a 1930's Wurlitzer that belonged to my grandmother with obvious sentimental value. Bob took great care to stabilize the piano and made sure it was secured for the short trip down the road. Since I helped in the transport I was given a discount on the overall bill which I felt was very fair. Once at my home the piano was assembled and rough tuned so my daughters would be able to play it right away. Bob will return after Christmas to fine tune the piano. Bob is very professional, runs a great business, and I would highly recommend him for your piano moving or tuning needs. Thanks Bob!

Bob worked it in his schedule when he was traveling that way to save me more money. He charged $232 to move and pitch the piano, and I'm expecting it to be $90 for him to tune it. I got quotes from about five other places, and none of them could beat Bob's quote - they wanted at least $450 to just move the piano. Bob was very friendly and professional, and he took great care of my piano.

He had an opening the same week I called for an appointment. He called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. Once he got here, he got right to work and finished in a bit more than an hour. He pointed out a tuning peg that would probably need to be replaced at some point (although he had managed it this time with a special tool). He was professional and friendly.

It went wonderful! I bought the piano to surprise my fianc as a wedding gift, so I had tight time frames in which to get it in his house. He worked with me and also gave me the option of helping him myself and saving some money, or having him hire a guy to help him. Since piano moving isn't his main business (he calls it a learned necessity through his years in service), he likes to give folks the option of saving money, which I took advantage of! He is just the nicest man and really knows what he's doing. He's a musician himself, not just a mover, which makes him care that much more about the pianos he moves. I plan on having him back to tune and clean the piano in a few weeks. Great experience!

I called Mr. Bonner to have a piano moved from the house next door to mine. He and his wife were very pleasant to work with. They were able to move the piano the day after I called. This is my first piano and Mr. Bonner took time to explain how to care for it. I will be scheduling a time for them to come back and do a complete tuning.

Mr. Bonner did a very good job in tuning the piano. There was a glitch in that he forgot about our appointment and never showed up the first time. After calling his office, he could not be reached, but he called at the end of the day, apologized, and then came out the next day. For the error, he provided (free of charge), some knobs for our piano, which I thought was thoughtful. The piano sounds fantastic.
