The work was completed punctually and the move was accomplished with a minimum of pain and strain.

We donated a Story & Clark piano to the Suzuki Music Academy. Mr. Bonner came to our home, loaded the instrument, transported it and unloaded it in the designated space. The move proceeded flawlessly. Then Mr. Bonner tuned the piano.

I phoned and left a message at Bonner and received a call back within 24 hours. Mr. Bonner showed up on time and was honest about what the piano needed to be in better shape. He was well mannered and professional in his attitude. He worked without interruption. I learned of his musical background only b/c I asked about his background. I was impressed with the tuning job and will phone him again.

He did an excellent job. He was the one who discovered and diagnosed the problem; our grandsons had lodged something in the piano and that was causing the issue. He's highly skilled and professional, and is a musician himself.

Bob was a true gentleman throughout the interaction... must be his symphony member background. He had an efficient system for loading our piano onto a solid stretcher then onto a large wheel dolly. we easily moved it down a step and up a ramp through our sunken family room. He backed his trailer close to the front stairs at both houses to stretch his ramp over the entry stairs and directly into the trailer, eliminating carrying it up or down four more steps in total. I suggest helping him and saving the helper fee. I'm 66 yrs old and didn't have to do anything strenuous. We'll have him back to tune our piano.

Mr. Bonner called a few minutes before arriving and arrived on time. He wore little booties over his shoes to protect the carpet. He was very personable and respectful. He explained what he was doing and later what he had done. I will definitely have him return next year for another tuning!

I contacted several piano movers from Angie's List, but none were as accomodating as Bob Bonner. He worked with my inflexible schedule and moved a piano from Fishers to Castleton with the utmost care and precision. His company is very punctual and conscientious. Bob is extremely knowledgeable about pianos and I plan on using his company again in the near future to get it tuned. I highly recommend him!

The piano move went extremely well. Bob was totally professional and very cordial. He arrived ahead of time at the location and was already getting things prepared when I arrived. He made the piano move seem effortless. I was extremely impressed with how well he handled everything and the care he took in ensuring the piano was moved properly. I would highly recommend his services in moving a piano. Additionally, he returned several days later and completed a tuning of the piano. Once again, he provided excellent service!!!

My piano was badly out of tune, having not been tuned for about 15 years. It sounded so awful I was worried that it could not be fixed. Bob worked on it for quite a long time - about 2 hours. The piano sounds wonderful! In fact, I cannot remember it sounding as good as it does now. Bob is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful; I learned a great deal just speaking with him about the piano and what it needed. I was surprised at how low the price was, considering how hard and long he worked on getting it just right.

My phone message to schedule was answered very promptly and although I was afraid he would be too booked up to fit me in before Christmas, he had an opening today for my location. He was prompt, professional, and extremely nice. He had to raise the pitch on my piano and fix a minor problem inside the piano so the cost was more than for a basic tuning. I thought the price ( which included a $12 discount for angie's list members) was really excellent for all the time he took and I will certainly continue to use him in the future. I have asked him to come back every December.

I was very happy with the service. Bob was able to come over to my house on the same day. He arrived on time, was professional, and did a good job. And he happily honored the coupon on Angie's List.

Mr. Bonner was very quick to schedule my piano tune up and was able to come the very next week. He called the day before to say he may be a bit early and wanted to make sure that would be okay. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He dealt very well with my four year old daughter who asked him many questions about what he was doing. The tuning took about an hour and a half. The piano had not been tuned in over five years and it now sounds wonderful. He honored the Angie's List coupon with no problems. I will be calling Mr. Bonner again in a year or two to schedule another appointment. His price was better than I expected, he was very kind and did an excellent job.

Mr. Bonner has tuned our old upright grand piano periodically since we moved here in 2003. He is always punctual, pleasant, interesting, and extremely knowledgeable about pianos. This time he not only tuned it, but reattached many of the ivory key tops, which I had tried to do myself, unsuccessfully. He replaced a couple that were missing or broken. The piano sounds great again and the keyboard looks beautiful and feels wonderful to play. He plans to return to reattach another piece of wood that had fallen off due to old age and dried out glue. He does beautiful work and I appreciate the respect he demonstrates for my piano and my home. I would recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done on his/her piano.

They did a good job. We haven't had any issues at all. My daughters the one who plays & haven't heard anything from her about it! They guy that came out was very nice & prompt as well.
