Description of Work: I rated a B on responsiveness since it took a few days for them to return my call but it was the holiday season so I understand there are many things happening. When he did call, we were able to get on the schedule without a problem. He showed up near the schedule time and gave me a call to let me know he were on the way. He tuned our piano which had not been done in many years. It sounds much better and I was pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. I plan to call back again next year to make sure we keep it sounding good.

Description of Work: He previously tuned our piano and noted further work required. This visit he dressed the hammers, cleaned the action and soundbaord plate, regulated the hammer strike, let off, backchecks, hammer drop, repetition, removed front rail punchings on 8 keys for after touch. This was the first significant work on this fine old Knabe since it was made in the late 1930's, and the results are fantastic. This was an extensive amount of work taking nearly 6 hours.

HE DOES VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK, BUT AS FAR AS PRICES ARE CONCERNED, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT HIS ARE COMPARABLE AND REASONABLE. I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPARE IT TO MYSELF THOUGH.
