Description of Work: HEATING WAS COMPLETELY OUT. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE WITHIN AN HOUR. THEY EXAMINED UNIT AND FOUND A SPECIFIC PART THAT WAS CRACKED DUE TO NORMAL WEAR. THEY REPLACED THE PART AND IT WORKED FINE.

Description of Work: WE WERE IN A PANIC TO GET QUOTES FOR A NEW FURNACE AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY FAILED TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND JUST WANTED TO SELL US A NEW FURNACE. SCOTT APPEL CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, BASING HIS ESTIMATE ON OUR HOUSE MEASUREMENTS, SOMETHING NO OTHER COMPANY DID, IN WHICH HE SHOWED OUR CURRENT FURNACE IS LARGER THAN NECESSARY FOR OUR HOUSE SIZE. IN ADDITION, HE HAD STEVE, A TECHNICIAN, COME BY AT 6:15 PM TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, WHICH HE DID. STEVE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 8:30 AM TO REPLACE A PART AND OUR FURNACE WAS REPAIRED FOR MUCH LESS THAN WAS QUOTED BY THE OTHER COMPANY.
