Everything went very well. The crew arrived on time and Justin thoroughly explained how the tree should be trimmed in order to allow for proper growth and appearance while still removing branches growing prover our neighbors house. Justin and his crew were both friendly and professional. They communicated well and involved me in all decisions concerning the trimming of the tree. I would recommend Justin's Tree for anyone needing a tree trimmed or removed. They did a fine on job and cleaned up well upon completion of the job.

It took about two months for him just to get scheduled, but he did a good job when they were out there and I was not in a huge rush.

I called Justin back in May for a quote after reading all the positive reviews here on Angie's List. I have several huge oak trees and there were many large dead limbs that needed to be trimmed. There was one healthy oak that I was also concerned about because it was leaning at quite an angle over the street. He suggested that we just cut a portion of the larger limbs overhanging the street which would take a considerable amount of weight off the tree but leave it intact. Sounded good to me! Justin and his crew (along with some impressive equipment) arrived in the morning at the agreed upon time. They quickly went to work both up in the bucket crane and on the ground. They cut the larger pieces down to a size we could use in our fireplace and cleaned up the other debris that was left on the street. While cutting the large dead limbs I was concerned about, the "trimmer" also took the time to trim off ends where branches had already fallen off leaving jagged edges. While they were here, I asked if they could do some additional trim work on some limbs over our driveway. Since we were happy to remove the limbs ourselves, he did not increase the charge for the service that was provided. They were finished in a couple of hours and I couldn't be happier with the way my trees look now.

They came at the time they said, They cleaned up very well , you can't even tell they were there. The trees look very nice and clean cut. The price was for reasonable for such excellent service. I will always call them for my tree service.

Justin came out to do the estimate on a Sunday which was convenient for me since I work during the week. He gave us the lowest quote that we had received for the service. Several other contractors did not respond to requests for quotes. Justin is not just the owner, he is a part of the crew so he understands exactly what is going to have to happen. The day of the actual service the crew came with several trucks full of people and did a tremendously tough job in a very efficient and safe manner. All of the trees were removed as agreed to, and the tree that needed to be trimmed was done better than I expected it to be. I cannot say enough about the job this crew does. Repeat customer for sure.

My first contact with him was in August when Justin came out and gave me an estimate. Since I wasn't ready to have the tree removed right then, I told him I would contact him which I did the first part of October. He had to cancel our first appointment, but h e DID call to let me know and another appointment was set up for today. He and his crew arrived and went straight to work. Since they are "climbers" there was no heavy equipment damaging my lawn. Work was done in a little over 2 hrs and everything was cleaned up. There were some branches on a tree in the front of the house that were hitting the house, and he trimmed those back too. It was fun watching them work too.

Justin returned my call within 15 min and arranged an estimate for the following week. After coming out and seeing the tree , He explained a crane was needed to remove the tree and that pushed the estimate up. We had other companies out and they refused to do the work due to its location. We agreeded to have the work done and the tree was removed within the week. Justin and his crew were friendly and professional. Within a few hours the tree was gone and the cleanup was done. We will use his services again.

Justin and his crew were prompt professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. They arrived on time and set right to work. It was a big job that I expected to take most of the day - however they finished in about 4 hours. Half of the time I expected. They cleaned up after they were finished so well you wouldn't know they had even been here! The trees look great - better than they have in many years. I felt for the amount of work they did, that the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the result and would definitely hire them again. Rest assured you would be in good hands if you need any tree services on your property.

Guess that thisWanted to give this highly-rated provider a chance to do a $2-3K job. Did not return my call as promised when I first contacted them. Decided to cut them some slack and give them another shot at the job. Same treatment. No returned call after a promise to do so. I do not think that a provider who fails to return a prospective customer's call deserves the 'outstanding' rating that he currently enjoys on Angie's List.

Cut down and clean-up were fast and professional. Price paid ,was the price we were quoted.

Justin called on Sun. and we arranged the job for Mon. at 8am. His crew arrived at 8:10 and started work. He had six workers that knew exactly what to do and worked like a well oiled machine. They were very polite and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The trees were large but the complete job with stump grinding was done by noon. Due to the size of the stump on one of the trees, it had to be reground the following day. Justin had a partner grinder follow up on Wed. due to rain on Tues. I would hire Justin's Tree Service for any tree work I need in the future and highly recommend him and his team. Note: a retired neighbor needed minor trimming done and Justin took time to do it at minimal expense.

they did a good job. the trimmed trees look great. very professional. They even cut up the wood in smaller pieces for the wood i wanted to keep.

Justin is a very smart young man and knows his overhead costs very well. He estimated the job by the day, rather than by the hour, so I got much more included than originally planned. These guys worked their fannies off, without break, pretty much all day. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. One tree was particularly difficult, since it was badly perforated and there is no entry into my yard for a bucket truck. A guy had to climb the tree and take it in sections, which is pretty amazing to watch. Another important factor is that the workers very carefully double-checked with me before cutting to make sure they didn't make mistakes. I've had a lot of sloppy workers here before, and Justin and his group were highly impressive.

It was all good. Estimate. Set up service date. Justins Tree Service showed up at the time and date agreed. Performed work as discussed and at agreed price.

This is the way to go if you need tree service. The work was great and the clean up was more than we hoped for. They did such a nice job our neighbors hired them. The crew was friendly and co-operative. One of our trees removed was huge and pretty close to the house. They took their time and did it right. I would hire them for any future services I need. I can't recommend them enough. Oh yes, the price...you can't beat it!

Justin and his crew of maybe six showed up about five minutes before their start time. I went over some details with him including asking for some of the smaller pieces of wood to be kept and stacked for future fires and showed him another tree that I wanted trimmed that was not included in the original bid. He did not charge any extra for this additional tree. I left for work while the crew discussed their plan of attack. Several hours later, Justin texted me pictures of the progress of the largest tree that was near my house and fence. He must have known I was a little apprehensive about this one which is why he kept me updated the whole time via text messages. Later in the day he sent me a text about a tree in my back yard that I wanted trimmed and he determined it was too dangerous for someone to climb. He told me that if I really wanted it trimmed he would try. I did not want to put anyone in jeopardy so we decided against trimming this one. He then asked if I wanted two other trees trimmed in place of this and I agreed. When the job was finished, he sent some final pictures via text and told me to call when I got home to make sure I was satisfied. Wow. What a difference the removals and trimming did to my yard. It looks twice as big and so much more open. I would recommend Justin and his crew with 100% confidence. Justin is very personable and his crew were very respectful. Justin's price was also $550 cheaper than another estimate and the other estimate was going to leave the stumps. Justin and his crew removed the stumps and their clean up was impeccable. On a side note. My 88 year old neighbor across the street asked the crew if they would pick up some limbs for her. Not only did they pick up the limbs, they also did some trimming for her and they did this FREE of charge. This type of customer service and kindness goes a long way in my book which is why I would recommend this company with 1000% confidence!!!

Long over due: We hired Justin and his crew last month to remove 2 very tall Chinese Elms from our back yard. We called several tree services and received 3 quotes. The other 2 companies were $1500-$2000 more in cost because they wanted to use cranes and go over the house to remove the branches. One of the 2 companies even bad mouthed other tree services. When I met Justin he was professional and confident in his crew that they would be able to remove the trees and clean up the yard with no issues. They would be climbing the tree and cutting it down the natural way and would not be wasting money on using an unnecessary crane. The crew arrived and the service was complete before I returned home from work. They even added an extra tree (small) at no additional charge. We read reviews of complaints of dents in the lawn after a tree is removed by any tree service, but in my opinion it is inevitable when removing limbs that way upwards of hundreds of pounds. We have no complaints. We recommend Justin and his crew, they were communicative, polite, hardworking and got the job done!

I called Justins tree service on Friday and scheduled the service on Monday.when I came home from work on Monday they were just finishing the removal of the debris. they were very professional from first contact to the end of the job

From my first call to Justin, I experienced excellent, professional service. Justin gave me a free estimate and when I confirmed the work, he and his crew of 6 arrived on time and immediately went to work. For the next 6 hours, they worked non-stop to remove the tree. They were extremely careful not to damage either house, the surrounding driveways and the lawn. After they were finished, they cleaned everything including my roof, gutters and driveway. They also did my neighbors house which made her very happy as well. I definitely will use Justin's services again and I highly recommend him to anyone. He and his crew were true professionals !!!

I was way happy with them. It was a huge tree, it had to be all taken down by hand, and so they had to climb. They were quick, they cleaned up well, they were prompt, and they were on time. They were able to provide proof of insurance, and because it was close to the house, I wanted proof of insurance. It was a fair price.

Justin Wever's Tree Service is definitely A plus. Justin visited my yard on Tuesday, same day as my initial phone call. He reported back to me Tuesday afternoon and service was scheduled for Thursday morning. The crew arrived promptly Thursday morning prior to 8:00am. Originally, I asked Justin to haul the wood away. When he arrived, I asked if his crew could stack it neatly in side yard where they were working. He had no problem with me changing my mind. I had to leave for work at 8:45am. The first tree service's solution was to completely cut the oak down and remove the stump. They had no solution for 2nd tree because of utility wires. Justin's solution was to have his climber cut and remove only the lifeless and weighty limbs to allow the wind to blow through the oak limbs and branches. Justin explained the future re-newal of growth. I chose Justin's service 1. because of the rave reviews on Angie's List 2. because Justin's solution was to save this 'ancient' oak and 3. because no trucks would be driven into the yard

The crew, headed by the owner, arrived on time and ready to work. While the job was somewhat nerve-wracking due to proximity to house with skylight, the crew knew what they were doing at all times and there were no missteps. The crew were very respectful of planted garden beds and neighbor's property. Cleanup was thorough including the roof and gutters. Amazed that this huge tree was entirely gone (including all logs and debris) in 4 hours. Was furnished with proof of insurance prior to having the work done which was a plus. Have already discussed additional work to be done at another time. My new go-to tree guy!

These guys were great. They finished the entire job (and my neighbor's trees) by 10:30, just two and a half hours of work! They were friendly, fast, professional, and very obliging. I asked that the wood be cut in 12" to 18" lengths, so that I could split it for firewood, and they were happy to oblige. When they arrived I changed the work order by adding two trees to take down and by subtracting another one, and they were happy to oblige. I had told them originally that I wanted to keep the chips, but changed my mind and asked that they be removed, and they were happy to oblige. I told them to go ahead and help out my elderly neighbor and I would cover it, and they were happy to oblige. When it was over I asked how much more Justin wanted for the extra work and he told me to give him whatever I thought was fair. So I was very generous because I was so impressed with him, his crew, and the work. I strongly recommend Justin's tree service.

They are very nice and professional but I am considering somebody else.

We live in a lot with very large and old Oak Trees. Most companies wanted to drive their boom truck onto our lawn, which would have been really difficult based on the layout of our lot, not to mention the stress on the tree roots. Justin's Tree Service does mostly climbing which was really great. Justin had 3 climbers on-site, plus an ample support crew and they were cleaned up and out of our property by 3:30. They left mulch and cut up the burnable wood and cleaned up the yard cleaner than I think it was before they came. The crew was professional and took pride in doing a great job. Their price was fair. The only reason I did not give them an A for price is just because they were not the cheapest quote we received. But it's one of those things, you get what you pay for. We paid a little more and in the end I believed received a better end product. Would highly recommend to anyone.
