My experience with Justin’s Tree Service was A+ from start to finish. I had an overgrown tree whose branches had grown onto my roof and started knocking off my roof tiles. Justin was very responsive and quick to give me a quote, recognizing how to protect my cement tile roof when trimming the tree and developed a careful plan to remove the branches without causing any damage to the roof itself as well as removing lower branches that were dead. On the day, his team were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, took great care during the job and cleaned up to the point that there was no evidence they had been there except that now I have a perfectly trimmed tree. Highly recommended!

The crew showed up on time and completed the task with no issues. I would definitely recommend Justin's tree service to my friends and neighbors.

I had a very large job to do, removal of 11 very large trees, additional limbs + stumps, some of which were overhanging neighbors and power lines. Justin and his crew arrived early, brought his whole crew, and got right to work. At any particular time, they were working on 2-3 areas and within a couple of hours it was amazing how much progress they had made. The whole job took 2 days, but that was only because of the rain we had halfway through day 1. Justin and the crew were great to work with and they did a great job getting everything down and cleaned up. The next time I need to do tree work, Justin's my go to place now. While the job was not inexpensive, I do feel I got a lot of value for my investment.

Justin's Tree Service was the only service I called that answered their telephone. He checked our tree for free. Justin was professional, swift, and thorough while helping us with our tree. We will definitely use Justin for any future issues with our trees.

They were very quick, speedy, and neat. We were happy with the results. The cleanup went very well. Their price was also very cheap. This was our first time using them, and would absolute recommend them. There was nothing they did wrong.

Justin and his crew did a great job. He did the estimate earlier in the winter, but we asked him to wait till the ground was not so soft. He kept in touch to coordinate when would be a good time for us and his crew. At the time of the work, I was incapacitated with a foot problem, making it very difficult for me to get around. I consequently missed the utility marking person. Justin then met with them and contacted my neighbors to ensure he had their permission to access their yards, if necessary, to get his equipment to where the trees were located and to let them know when they would be working. On the day of the work, he and his crew were on time, efficient, polite, and professional. Everything was complete and cleared in 4 hours. We very highly recommend Justin's Tree Service. P.S. his price was $800 less than the next closest estimate.

There was nothing I disliked. It was good. He showed up when he was going to show up. I told him where the tree was and he provided the quote for me. He's a very personable and down to earth guy and professional.

Great! I've hired Justin and his fine crew before and always had excellent, professional service. They work high, removing branches from 80' walnut trees, and they work low, removing smaller trees with quick efficiency. The property is cleaned up perfectly before they leave. They are friendly, courteous folks who know how to run a crew. I have a new asphalt driveway and they were careful lowering very large branches to avoid any damage to the driveway. I'm very pleased.

Sorry for the late review. It went very well, very professional and provides good communication with the client. Price is compatible if not better than the other tree service companies we called.

Don't go any further to hire a tree guy, these guys are top notch. Highly recommend!!

I sent a message to the provider about a dead tree on my property. He responded to the message and said he would try to stop by that day to look at it and let me know. It is a short distance from the business. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard another word. I have had someone else cut the tree, remove the stump, and cut it up to haul aeay.

He arrived on time with a crew of about six men and went right to work. The crew split up and started working on different areas of our front and back yard. Everyone was very polite, and Justin was very accommodating. A chipper shredder machine was used to grind up all of the wood, branches and bushes, also a back pack leaf blower and rakes were used to clean up my property. The total job was done in about two and a half hours. They did a great job and were very fast. Thanks, Justin.

Justin answered the request for a bid promptly - and submitted a very fair bid. (Many other tree services never returned a call.) I needed 2 medium size trees and 2 small trees dropped. He scheduled the work and he and his enthusiastic crew completed it on time. Their work was very neat and orderly.

I contacted Justin's Tree Service on 7/20/15 because of the numerous excellent reviews on Angie's List. They were definitely right! He told me that it would be 4-5 weeks before they could come out, which was fine. When I told him where I live (Crown Point), he said that there would be an additional charge of $150 due to the distance of having to transport all the equipment from Chesterton. He then recommended a local tree service that would be less expensive. Because I have not had good experiences with local tree services, I told him I would like an estimate from him. He asked me to take pictures of the tree so that he could give me a ball park estimate (which he did that evening). After I received the estimate ($2400-2700), I told him that we would like to go with him. He came out the next day and left a final estimate ($2200). Because he was in the area for another job and got a reschedule for the second job, he was able to fit us in on 7/24/15. We definitely lucked out! He and his crew were very professional, educational (ex: told me how to preserve the tree stump that I am using for decorative purposes) and very clean. They clearly knew what they were doing and did not come close to damaging anything! They took down the tree in about 4 hours and completely cleaned up the yard and surrounding area. I did not have them grind the stump, as I am using it to put a plant on top. They cut it completely evenly and it looks great! I would definitely use them again.

Impeccable to say the least! I had a total of five bids for a tree all ?but? Justin quoted as being, ?a very difficult? tree to remove? Yes. The tree was in a precarious way, leaning on my roof, AND it is could be an awkward tree to remove, access wise. The tree was in the back yard with very limited access. All other who bid on the job concentrated on the problem, not the solution?and bid the job extremely high. Justin came out saw the problem told me the solution. The most notable I had seen with Justin was his high integrity. I knew the moment I spoke with him; HE was the man for the job!! And I was not disappointed! One bidder told me it would take at least three days to get the tree down! Justin and his extremely professional crew had the tree down in less than eight hours, and did a fantastic job! I am so glad I did my homework and found the BEST! All work done plus clean-up was most admirable! So if you want to get the job done right with no inflated price call Justin?s Tree Service! Guaranteed you can?t go wrong! The integrity of Jason and his outstanding crew speaks volumes! One happy customer here!

Justin cam out to give an estimate on removing a 90 ft tree next to my house. He told me that it would be 3,000 if I paid cash and 3,500 if I paid with credit card. He said he might also need a crane to remove the tree and if so he'd need another 1,500. I contacted another tree company and received a quote for 1,850 so I decided not to use Justin.

It was a very good experience. He was quick and efficient.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The weather was not cooperating with Justin so the job had to be postponed until my yard dried out enough to accommodate the heavy equipment. Justin stayed in touch with me, so I was always aware of the tentative schedule. I am VERY happy with the work perfomed and plan to have him back in the near future for some more removal and trimming.

Well worth the wait! It took awhile to get on their schedule and work around heavy rain days, but these guys did a fantastic job. The crew was extremely well trained and worked like a well oiled machine. They worked safely and were very professional and friendly. When we asked for a few additional branches to be cut at the end of the day, they gladly did the work, at no additional cost. The crew included two trained "climbers" who were extremely proficient. It was fascinating to watch them work. They left our yard clean at the end of the job. Kudos to Justin and his crew. We highly recommend them and would use them again!
