Description of Work: The provider came on time and charged as expected. He did try to upsell us on the service. Everything looked fine before he left but many of the problem areas were still problems after the carpet dried, etc. I never did follow up because this was a cleaning just before we moved out

CARPETING HAS NEVER BEEN SO CLEAN, AND COMPANY EVEN LEFT PLASTIC SHOE COVERS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS TO WEAR WHILE CLEANED CARPETING WAS STILL DAMP AND DRYING. THOSE WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WERE VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND METHODICAL, AND I WON'T HESITATE TO AGAIN UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES WHEN THE NEED AGAIN ARISES.
