I've had these carpets cleaned numerous times and no one before had ever dusted them! Their job was more thorough than any other carpet cleaning company that I have ever used. I've had individual carpets cleaned for over 30 years and no one else has ever done such a complete job.

It was a good experience and it was the second time we have used them.

Although the scheduled time for cleaning had to be changed twice due to the cold weather and unusually large amounts of snow, Spot Free finally arrived. They were on time, were careful of walls and personal objects, and were professional and courteous. They charge more than other companies, but I believe they probably spent more time on the job which in this case was important because the carpeting was older and had not been cleaned in some time.

I have used them twice and was able to get the love seat looking nice. They were successful in getting the carpet really clean. They taught be about using hot water. I will have them back.

The entire house including the upholstery work. I was able to pick and chose those items that I wanted done. The work was performed a couple of days after the quote. I was quite pleased with the work and the upholstery work made my chairs look brand new.

My husband and I both felt that they cleaned our carpets more thoroughly and more noticeably than any other carpet company we have hired in the past. The technician who came was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained well and completely each step of the cleaning/treating process and pricing policy very thoroughly and accurately. There were no hidden prices of any kind. He did talk me into more than I had anticipated in terms of treating for pet urine and odor but that turned out to be a very good decision that we are glad we made and that he suggested.

They need to be a little bit more careful. The workmen chipped the new door frame. It was overall a good experience, but next time I will cover the door frame. He did knock $28 off the cost of the bill.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Tammy is her name. The cleaners came when I was at work. They arrived promptly according to our neighbor. They removed the awful barbecue stain , quite large. The room looked great and neat.

I think that Spot Free is a little more expensive than the chain carpet cleaning companies but they are worth it. They are very professional & explained what they were doing & why. When we had an emergency they responded at once.

Technician was on-time, polite, and very through. Extra time was spent working on carpet stains, raking the carpet, and drying the carpet. Very positive experience. The price was 2/3 of the quoted price, which was a very nice surprise.

Mike Hammersley, the owner, did the work. The carpet was cleaned well, although no better than any other carpet cleaner. The recliner was cleaned well. The one complaint we had was for the sofa. On Mike's initial estimate visit, he said our sofa would look a world of difference better but it looked virtually the same after he cleaned it. We expressed our concerns while he was at our house and he said basically there's only so much you can do. After he left (of course), I remembered what he had said on his first visit so I called the next day and after spending 15 mins explaining to Mike's son what his Dad told us and explaining to him that if we knew the sofa would NOT look any better, we obviously wouldn't have spent $126 to clean it. As soon as I said my wife was considering having it re-upholstered anyway, Mike's son immediately said ''that's all I need to hear'' and we'll get the check in the mail to you. Therefore, I will say that they backed up their money-back guarantee.

SPOT FREE ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB FOR US. KNOWING WE HAD A PARTY SCHEDULED A DAY AFTER THE CLEANING, THEY MADE EXTRA EFFORT TO ENSURE THE CARPET WOULD DRY FAST. THEY REMOVED STAINS THAT I COULD NOT GET OUT WITH CONVENTIONAL SPRAY CARPET STAIN REMOVERS.
