Mike Hammersley did an excellent job of communication: an email to verify that my email was received, a prompt call later the same evening, and working me into the schedule. The two young men arrived to clean about 5 minutes early, gave an estimate for me to approve before beginning, and efficiently cleaned the area. They reminded me to be careful stepping from damp carpet onto hard floor, moved some small pieces to protect them, etc. Prompt and good service.

We have used this company 4 times in the past 3 years and have had great service each time. Most of the time, the owner himself, has come out to help clean. We had an older dog who had a few urine accidents before she died and Mike has a product which he puts on those spots to take out the odor. I have a very sensitive nose and can assure you that after the treatments he gave our carpet, there is no urine odor remaining. We also had a red stain in the carpet which we weren't sure would come out, but again, after their stain removal treatment, the carpet looks brand new. Always pleasant and professional, I highly recommend them.

It was a very good experience and I was satisfied. He did a good job. He was very helpful. We had one heavy thing to move out and he moved it for my husband, which I thought was nice because we're in our 80's.

They did a great job. The gentleman I worked with was named Mike. The phone calls I made to him were returned promplty and very curteously. We agreed on a date and he came in a reasonable time. He was on time and called ahead. The rugs were cleaned earlier than expected and returned the day before Thanksgiving, which was great.

They always do a fantastic job. We have been using them for probably about three years now. They are usually very responsive in getting to you. I would say that the prices are pretty good, and they always seem to have some sort of a really good discount promotion going, such as the one I got in the mail the other day. It was for 3 rooms for $105.

This was the first time we had used their services. They were great. The gentleman who came out took his time with us and told us there was no problem picking and choosing what we wanted done and we are having them back again to do the rest of the carpets. VERY GOOD, Mike the owner arrived at the scheduled time. He explained the procedure and products they use. Everything is self contained on their truck. He vacuumed and brought in the hoses and started cleaning, it took him about an hour and a half. The carpets are very clean and I'm very satisfied. He also gave me a quote to clean my ceramic tile and grout in the kitchen.

My kitchen floors were not part of what we agreed on him cleaning, but on his way out he offered to clean my kitchen floors for me with a tile scrubber he had in his truck. These floors were very dirty from all of the traffic of moving and he did an excellent job! He really went above and beyond for me! I left his card for the new people moving into this house. The price was very reasonable, though I can't remember exactly what it was.

We hired this company for routine carpet cleaning. They were prompt, professional, and the carpet looks wonderful. They were running an October coupon special for 5 rooms, and, despite the fact that I waited until the end of the month to schedule the cleaning, they worked us in so we could take advantage of the coupon.

Mike Hammersley was awesome. About 1 week before the cleaning, he provided an estimate and there were no hidden charges after the work was done. He also cleaned the carpet in our laundry room and loft at no charge. Our carpets are over 10 years old and have never been professionally cleaned. We have a child and pets so you can imagine the condition of the carpet. Everything looks great! Mike is also VERY punctual and VERY professional. Our experience with him and his company was nothing but positive.

Very punctual, very thorough, took less time than I thought. He used innovative means to move the heavy sofa, love seat and TV system in the family room. I would definitely use this company for future projects and also recommend him to my family and friends.
