Rudy's Watch & Jewelry Repair

Went to the store to give them my husband's watch. The watch band was the tri-fold type and wouldn't stay shut anymore. They advised me to replace and not repair the metal band because it was worn and the cost was only ten dollars different. My husband wanted the EXACT same type of band and I was amazed that they had it, switched out the bands, and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. The great thing to me is that they carry things you can't get at a jewelry store or department store. Most stores don't even carry a variety of bands anymore. The watch looks gorgeous.

I brought in two watches that needed new batteries. They are high-end watches, and I have had trouble finding someone who would replace the batteries for me (department stores wouldn't do it). Rudy's replaced both watch batteries within 15 minutes. I wanted to have them cleaned as well, but didn't have time that particular day. Even though I live in Fishers, I will happily drive to the westside for a future cleaning and for other jewelry repair!

It went very well. The watches and rings were ready ahead of their time estimate. The watches look beautiful and work perfectly. The ring looks great too. They got it all right, unlike my previous experience with another jeweller. It was a little expensive, but Rudy's did a great job and I would use them again without hesitation. It was worth the money.

The watch was 25 years old, so it was in much need of repair & cleaning. The watch now looks like new & runs great.

They are very dependable. In all of my dealing with them, they've been pretty good.

They were comparable and very honest. They are very polite. They will tell you exactly what you need to know. The bottom dollar wasn't all that was important to them.

After four weeks, I had a question about the performance of the watch. Rudy's took the watch back, checked and confirmed that it worked as specified. The staff patiently explained the limitations of an old watch which satisfied my issue in a professional manner. I would recommend and use them again for my watch maintenance and repair needs.

the ring was sized correctly, but really didn't look the same as i brought it in. taking my ring back to the designer, i don't think they can make it right.

They did the work promptly and have very reasonable prices. Although adding links to a watch band is tedious and generates little income for them they did a super job. I would go back there first for my jewelry and watch needs.

I had a Fossil watch that needed a new pin for the clasp. I dropped it off on a Saturday afternoon and was called on Monday afternoon to let me know that it was ready. Things went well and it was a lot better than having the Fossil store send it out to TX for repair!

My mother then had a difficult time working the band. We had the watch put back the way it was when we brought it to them. They did a couple adjustments and didn't charge us anything.

I talked with the owner's daughter while I was there (the owner is no longer there full time, he works from home). His daughter runs the store, she's very friendly and everyone is very knowledgeable about watches and jewelry. I think the prices were reasonable and they have a very good local reputation. He has been making and working on watches for around 50 years. When I got it back it did have one minor issue so I took it back and they fixed it with no additional charge.

One of the jewels in the ring had come out and I needed to put that back in. They were very responsive and pretty quick in getting it fixed. Somebody at the store called me within a few days to tell me it was fixed. I haven?t had any problems since. I had had the same problem before and I told them about it. They were able to tell me what to do so that it wouldn?t happen again. They were very reasonably priced too. I would definitely go back to them if I have the problem again.

Delightful experience in every respect. I took my great uncle's 1945 Movado which had been sitting in a drawer for 40 years. Rudy's cleaned, inspected and lubricated my timepiece, and restored it to what now looks like museum quality to me (and it keeps perfect time). Beautiful! At no extra charge, the manager (Rudy's daughter) appraised the watch verbally after looking up documentation on it. They point our their 1-year warranty to the customer without being asked. I know I got great value and professional service at Rudy's. I already left another watch for similar service.

Rudy's replaced the batteries on two of my watches. They were fast, professional, efficient, and affordable. I also had them clean my wedding ring while I waited - great job!

Excellent customer service. They also ensured that the various functions on the sports watches also worked.

They took great interest, did what I asked (I could not figure out how to open it) offered free advice and changed me nothing. I think they really enjoyed seeing the pocket watch!

Watch repair work done in Rudy's home so there was a two week wait but it was worth it.
