The design was lovely, but the ideas were not what I was looking for, so I decided not to go with them. They were nice to deal with. They also were very accommodating. They also gave good information on flowers to consider.

I was very impressed with the interest and insight shown in connection to my backyard railroad garden ideas. I had made drawing to show what I had in mind to accomplish.We spent several hours going over my plans, and made copies to be used to help in making a cost estimation. I have received an itemized quote from Precision Landscaping , and appreciate their offer to do the job. As mentioned earlier, I hope to continue working with this company in the future.

I wanted to landscape my backyard for my cats to enjoy. They are confined to the backyard and it was all grass and two trees. Very boring. I also wanted some advice on the front as to what could be done in front of the bedroom windows. So I bought a $49 Big deal for landscape design. The backyard design was very simple but too repetitive and used plants that are known to be toxic to cats, which I had asked them to make sure not to include. The front yard design was a nice, simple use of space. I went with the front design and used the back design as a starting point but changed the plants used to be nontoxic. This was one thing I was not wanting to research so I asked them to do it, but it was not done. After doing the hours of research, I can see why doing a $49 design would not include this length of research. John gave me an estimate for installation of each section (5 total) at a time in case I wanted to do things in stages. I worked with him on acquiring plants; they provided some and we provided the rest. They came and stripped the grass in the areas to be landscaped so my husband could plant it in the back where it is hard to grow. They also moved a bush and created a little bed for it. They were very polite and listed to my questions and directions. The job was done over two days but was about 7 hours total. They brought in topsoil as well as mulch to create/reshape the beds and removed all my old mulch. They even mulched all of my existing beds so they would match.

This was the second time we have used them. I like the look of our home when they finish. They are very hard working and nice people to deal with. I had forgotten to mention the dead bushes but they took them out for me and I was glad they did. We have a little forest and always have a pile started with downed limbs, branches and such and they do a very neat job of getting rid of all of that. We will probably call them to do a final clean up before winter, and take away another pile of limbs. Thanks, John and thank all the guys for us!

He came when he said he would and he tried a couple times to email us the plans. We called him and told him we did not get them and found he had the wrong email, so once he got the right the email, we received the plans promptly. He did the job and we weren’t real happy with the plans. We weren’t really sold on how much he knew and understood about plants, but as far as doing what he promised, he did a fine job. He was very kind and polite. He earned his money as far as we were concerned.

I was satisfied overall. The communication was good and the yard/flowerbed clean-up services were performed well. My only quibble is that a favorite heirloom rose bush was inappropriately pruned, and as a result, killed. I think that a landscape company should know when/how to appropriately prune a common landscape plant such as a rose bush. Despite this, I found the communication good and overall job worth the cost. I also contracted this company to do occassional mowing and edging this Summer, and they've done a good job so far.

Very responsive. They got alot done in a short period of time. We were so pleased that we have contracted with them for our mowing this year and will use them for clean up.

I purchased a big deal for Precision Landscape on March 11. John came out the next week to discuss what I wanted to have done. To date I have not received an estimate. I've followed up several times with little or no response. I give up. Time to move on to someone else. It would be nice to have my $49 refunded.

I was very impressed with Ben and John co-owners of Precision Landscaping. They submitted a plan and bid to remove our old wooden deck and install a paver deck with fire pit. They just finished and my wife and I are extremley please with the results. Both John and Ben were here everyday of the project (6 days total). They began as scheduled and Ben always kept me updated on their progress. We even threw them a curve by enlarging the patio and moving the fire pit half way thru the project. Even with this adjustment they finished on schedule and under budget!! The patio, fire pit and flagstone walkway is wonderful and their clean up was exceptional. They even hauled away our old fire pit and hammock at no charge!! Will be using them later this spring for other landscaping projects.

I was very impressed with Ben, we were able to quickly schedule the estimate and he showed up on time which is always appreciated. When he arrived, he was upfront with me that their specialty when it comes to walkways and patio's is to install pavers as opposed to performing concrete work. My wife and I had not yet decided whether we wanted pavers or concrete. Regardless, Ben worked with us and quickly provided us an estimate based on installing pavers and, as mentioned he was upfront that while he may be able to install concrete instead of pavers, he didn't want to push us in this direction as this was not his specialty and he didn't want to disappoint us. While we have not yet enlisted Precision Landscaping to perform the work, we quickly received our requested estimate as well as some layout plans showing what they would perform. I was very impressed. At this time, we've decided to go with a stamped concrete to replace our walkway and patio - while Precision Landscaping will not being performing this work, we are looking forward to working with Ben and his team to finish the actual landscape once this work is done.

They were fine and did a great job. They should be coming out this spring as well.

They listened carefully to what scope of work we wanted done and did it with great efficiency. Within any landscaping service, one must allow for the variations of weather. We were happy with the work they did in the fall, so when winter damaged some of our trees and left the backyard covered in tree debris, I contacted John and asked if they could return and clear up the mess. We arranged a date and time, only to have another winter storm come through - and another- and another- and, well you get the picture. Each time, I emailed John to delay for a better day. When they finally found a window of opportunity to commence the work, I tried to let them off the hook because again the weather promised to be less than ideal. John persisted, and we were happy to have him and his fellow worker clear the mess, clean up the debris and trim back other damage. The price was reasonable; the work was done in as timely a manner as possible given the rough winter.

Everything went well, and we were happy with the quality of the work. Scheduling was easy, the two-man team arrived on time, and they got right to work upon arriving at the house. Furthermore, they were very cooperative and professional. My only issue is that they finished quickly and left without asking if there were any additional tasks that they could complete.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay but it wasn't awesome. I bought it for some leaf removal. They did it but they didn't get it done. It was just two guys and they said they were going to call me back to reschedule and they never called back. I found somebody else to come and finish the job. I did end up paying them more because they said they couldn't get it done in the allotted time but then they didn't get it done. I have a lot of leaves and I tried telling him that in the beginning. I knew they were busy. I probably wouldn't use them again.

We used either a groupon or angie's list equivalent. We were extremely satisfied with their service.

Cleared 400 sq ft area of overgrown vines, weeds, small trees, etc. They were here as promised, did the work and we were very satisfied.

My only disappointment was the fact that they were unable to complete the task in 8 hours (the terms of the Big Deal), which surprised me. I've blown & bagged my front year leaves before and it took me about 8 hours -- so I assumed professionals could do it even faster.

Great job!. After about 5 random attempts with other companies I contacted Precision Landscaping via email. They responded to my email and followed up with a phone call to come out and have a look. They had to cancel the first appointment but called and they were there for the reschedule. I had an estimate within a few days and a time frame of when they could complete the work. They accommodated a quirky request I had to keep certain bulbs. Readily responded to any questions I had before and after the work was completed. The work was completed when they said it would be. The neighbors are quite happy with the work also. I will have them do other landscaping in the future.

The service was very good. They were on time and were flexible with the day in which to do the work. They did a very good job for what we paid for so we were very happy.

Cut and trimmed yard. Removed 2 dead trees and the stumps. Fenced a new willow tree. Weeded the whole yard. It came out beautiful.

Raked and removed all leaves, which was a HUGE job in itself. I have five mature trees on my property, and nearly all the leaves were down. In addition to that, they were able to trim bushes, pick up sticks, and rake flower beds all in their allotted time. I am more than pleased with how things went.

They performed 8 hours of yard clean up and hauling.

They did an inspection and clean up of furnace.
