Description of Work: John was prompt in contacting me - we had a bit of a mix-up about days for the appointment but that was totally my fault. Regardless - he took the responsibility. He is a kind and gentle person, easy to talk to, took my needs into account and is flexible. He sent me a proposed cost within a reasonable time limit and is willing to work with me as I cannot afford everything at once so we are breaking up the job into parts and he will complete as I am able to cover the charge. You cannot ask for a better provider to address your needs. if able will update as the work develps but costs were reasonable for all I wish to have completed. I had to make a change and he quickly re-evaluated the cost for me adding on an additional task. I definitely will continue working with him and highly recommend his company to others.

Description of Work: We wanted a paver patio and fire pit

Description of Work: Mr. Morgan showed up on time for our 9:00AM appointment. He looked over my property, asked what my ideas were as it related to our property, and brought forth some ideas of hos own. He took some measurements. A drawing and estimate was promised within a few days, and it was provided as agreed. The entire project is out of our budget range, but we will eat away at it a little at a time using Precision Landscaping as our preferred provider.

Description of Work: Purchased BD, he came out to take notes and stated that he would call back within a week with an estimate, did not call. Contacted him directly again, said he thought he might have gotten email wrong. Stated would resend estimate, and never did.

Description of Work: Rescheduled twice-/ one person came out to make plans- 10 min & never gave us plans as of yet & still nothing - $ hone.

Description of Work: Angies Deal was for $49 for a landscaping plan and estimate. John and I agreed upon a date, he came over, looked at photos I liked and listened to my requirements, then Emailed me his plan within a week or so. I was unable to open the plan itself, so he mailed it to me. I can't afford the work at this time, but I was impressed by the plan he prepared for me.

Description of Work: never returned calls, called 2 times in 2 weeks

Description of Work: Ben Johnson came to our house and listened to our ideas and looked over the areas we are interested in upgrading. He then provided us with pictures and price estimates for the actual work which we have not elected to have done at this time. The overall price was more than we had anticipated. This is not to say that the prices Ben gave us are too high, too low or just right. It was just more than we were prepared to spend at this time. We may have some of the work done but have not made that decision yet.

Description of Work: On or about Mar 19th a young man came out. I told him what my thoughts were. He gave me his.He wrote things down and ask me questions. He told me I would be hearing from him in a few days. I heard nothing from them.On April 1st I sent them an email.John Morgan emailed me back the same day saying this was there busy time and he would get with me asap.As of today I have not heard from him. If they were not able to fulfill there part of the big deal, then they should not have put a big deal on angies list. I paid for this service like I was suppose to. Now I would like for them to keep there part of the bargain. I don't want them to get a bad report, but it will soon be time to plant, and I do not have the plans they promised.

Description of Work: They did a complete yard clean up including 29 yards of mulch.

Description of Work: We had a great experience using Precision. We went through several quote revisions and the guys were very good to answer each question. Once the project started they showed up each day and were very efficient with their time. Once the work was done they removed the debris and you couldn't even tell they had been on-site. We love our finished patio and will certainly use Precision again on the next project.
