Description of Work: Located source of water leak (pinhole in pipeline) and came back the next day to repair. Did a minimal amount of "destruction" to get to the leak to repair, i.e., cut out part of drywall in wall of loft area, tore out wet, damaged drywall covering air vents in garage. Mr. Snyder also cleaned up well after himself. He was friendly and professional and showed me where the leak was and what had to be repaired. Very happy with the service!

Description of Work: I contacted Midwest Comfort Express to get a bid for a new HVAC system. They were prompt in setting up an appointment and listening to what we were interested in purchasing. There was no hard up-sell or pushiness. After obtaining three bids, we selected Midwest and had them replace our HVAC system. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. We love the new system and have seen great improvements in our utility bills due to better efficiency. We were very happy with the company and would recommend them.

In checking out my home heating system he discovered a part that was preventing the system from heating properly and cleaned it for me. He showed it to me, where to find it and how to clean it should I need to in the future. He provided me with an option to purchase an annual contract that includes regular preventative maintenance at a fixed rate. I was very impressed with the entire experience. They will be back next month for my summer tune up.

All services were provided professionally. In emergencies they arrived within 30 minutes non-emergencies have been timely. I am very satisfied with the quality provided.

So I intend on doing that from here on out and never going back to Mowery's again because they do not want your business or I think they are charging prices so high that they don't need my business. Description of Work: Requested an estimate to run gas line for pool heater. Gentleman came to assess job on a Friday and stated we would have the estimate at the beginning of the following week. It is a week and a half later and after calling them twice we still do not have an estimate.
