Fix was quick and clean. Price was high but when I contacted Mowery they made an equitable adjustment promptly. Corrected price is not shown but it was much less than indicated in my first review.

The office was very responsive and a technician was sent promptly. He arrived in less than an hour late on a Friday afternoon and replaced the capacitor needed to start the compressor. (It had probably been damaged during a recent lightening strike.) The charge was $236.28 even though I have a contract with the company. The item is available on line from any number of suppliers at prices ranging less than $25. The charge is, in my estimate, exorbitant. I have called Mowery and left a message. I will not renew my contract with Mowery if no adjustment is made.

Tony found the problems quickly and took care of them promptly! Will hire again if needed.

The service was absolutely perfect. They may not be the cheapest price, but they are very reasonable. We are more than willing to bypass the least expensive for the most professional. They were super courteous and efficient. Everything works wonderfully and the workplace was restored to better than when they arrived. We have used Mowery for quite a while and have an annual service contract with them. They never fail to impress with their prompt, courteous and honest assessments of our heating and cooling systems. When we have had to reschedule they are always accommodating. This is the kind of service you should expect from a service business, but rarely find anymore. We highly recommend them. Very highly.

WOW..........amazing service! Technician was here within 10-15 minutes and drain was cleared less than an hour after call! Very much appreciate the great service and technician's knowledge! Used a Angie's list voucher for $99 drain cleaning.

The repair was completed within 30 minutes

Called 8am and was happy to get same day appointment (between noon and 6pm). Received call at 4:15pm to let me know they were running behind so would likely be towards the 6pm. Received another call about lateness and expected to be there by 6:45pm. Arrived about 7pm and unit was fixed. I was pleased to receive the calls from Mowery updating expected service times so I didn't have to wonder if I had been forgotten.

They were great. I got stuck on the highway, behind a traffic accident, on the day they were scheduled and they were happy to reschedule me for the following day. Unfortunately, it rained that day so they had to reschedule. The gentleman that came out was nice, polite and informative. Took his time speaking with me about what he found and tips to keep my home cooler. Very good experience.

On time. Installed disposal I provided. Did a great job on install and clean up.

They are excellent. It is really embarrassing, especially when you look at the filter. I did sign up for the yearly thing. It's a little more money and they'll come out and check my air conditioning.

Excellent and professional installation in all respects Installers were on time and provided complete service including the removal of old unit and the installation of the new unit. Mowery owner personally stopped after installation to follow up with any issues or needs! Outstanding!

It was fabulous. I think his name was Ray. I had my dishwasher running when my sink backed up and the block was half way up my sink. I had taken a bucket and started throwing water outside and when he came he said "I have never seen a sink full of water like that." I said I had the dishwasher running and I guess it was draining and not thinking I had to turn it off. He was really nice. They fit me in into the end of their day and so I didn't have to wait. I believe it was a Friday, so I didn't have to wait till Monday. The whole experience was just great. I would call them again, but every where I look, now drain cleaning is like $200 to $250, so the $99 is the reason I called them. I don't know if I would have anyone come for $200 or $250. So, I might call the next person that would have a deal. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They were very accommodating. With the coupon offer their price was an "A".

All went great! I was looking for a new AC/Heating company because I became totally dissatisfied with my previous company (that I had had for over 30 years). My son highly recommended Mowery. I called Mowery and became a new customer with a service agreement for annual cleaning for AC/furnace. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. The office staff was very pleasant. This company provides "great customer service", which is one of my demands. I highly recommend this company to people looking a company that knows their customers are their greatest asset.

They came out a few months ago and cleared a drain in our master bath. The drain clogged again and they came out and cleared it for no charge. They were quick to respond and came out the same day to fix our drain. They were punctual and professional. We were very pleased with their service.

Everything went great. I purchased their $99 drain cleaning offer and they scheduled the service for the next day. Tech was able to solve our issue and gave us some tips to prevent other issues. Didn't pressure us to spend more.

Contacted Mowery to repair grinder pump. 1st plumber they sent had no idea what to do. The 2nd plumber they sent acted like he didn't want to get dirty and actually did more damage than we originally had. After dealing with Mowery for 2 days, we sent them away. Their plumbers did not know what they were doing. Fortunately, after placing multiple calls with management, we were able to avoid charges.

Came out on time, fixed clog on first attempt. Fast, efficient and personable.

After 2 other plumbers had attempted to unclog our drain, the serviceman was successful. He came back and repaired the problem in the basement a couple of days later. Everything is working fine now.

We chose Mowery because initial contact was very professional, friendly and went an extra mile, promising to come back and level dirt mound and cut down new cleanout which ended up being way higher than ground level once everything settled. 6 Months later, once dirt had settled, it took 3 tries contacting them to return. When they did return to level the ground out, they left the dirt higher near the new cleanout INSTEAD OF cutting the cleanout down as promised. We have higher ground where we didn't want it because of this. However, overall work on new sewer line was good quality. We probably won't ask them to return for future needs mainly because getting a response to our emails was difficult and because not everything promised was actually seen through.

I usually sign up for a one year service plan with them. They were professional. I believe they have done a good job servicing the equipment to make sure it is working properly.

I called the office at approximately 1:45pm and the repairman arrived at approx. 3:30pm the same day. After looking through the system, the repairman (Doug R.) gave me the total cost for repair and then ask for permission to repair. I was very satisfied with his assessment. He was very professional. I will be happy to call this company should I need their help in the future.
