Excellent in every respect Estimates in both time and money were accurate. Installers were courteous, professional and experienced. Everything was on time and on budget!

Installation went very well. Contact with office personel is not good. They are not very professional and are often very rude on the phone.

A previous heating/cooling company had come out to our house to inspect our air conditioner, which we felt may have been under-performing. The tech said our coolant was low and the pressure was too high. He told us that likely our unit had a leak in the coil that could cost $2000 to replace but a new A/C unit may be our better bet (possibly $4K or more). We said we would get a 2nd opinion, We called out Mowery. His inspection showed nothing wrong, the coolant levels were fine, and it was just having a harder time keeping up with the high outdoor temps which was normal. We signed up for a furnace and A/C service agreement with him at that point.

Low bid out of three quotes. Excellent, timely service as well. Highly recommended!

Although determining where the leak came from took quite a while, I was impressed by the reasonable price since he was here at least 4 hours.

The came out to clean out an overflowing drain in the garage. Didn't do it properly even though I pointed out that I thought they were missing a step. The next day, the garage was filled with fecal matter & they had to come back again. The owner of the company apologized for the "inconvenience" of having fecal matter all over the garage floor.

I left them a message, and the called me back and left a message. Their bid seemed reasonable and they called me back right away. I haven't gone any further with that project yet, so I am not sure who I will use.

We were very impressed with the technician, his professionalism and manner. We discussed a yearly plan for check-ups on the furnace and air conditioner, which we purchased. We plan to deal with Mowery again in the future when & if service or repair is needed.

Overall, the services have gone well. I have always been satisfied with their work.

They were very punctual. I received a call informing me that they were on their way. The service man was clean and tidy. He also explained everything that he did for me.

Update: Received a call from the owner of the company after this post. Was professional and listened to the issues, and refunded my money. I appreciated the professionalism and attempt to correct. Original: Appreciated the visit on Sunday/Memorial day weekend. Technician was nice guy. However, determined it was a freon leak, was going to charge me $259 PLUS my $115 visit charge to find it. Also said would have to come back to do it, couldn't fix it then. Also said my whole system needed replaced, to the tune of several thousand dollars. I got a second opinion, new company would have charged less than $100 to find the leak, but when they got here, they determined that the freon level wasn't very low, so the leak was probably small. Simply recharged my system for $50, and my a/c is working great! My family and I are now comfortable, and I can consider replacing my system or digging in and finding the leak later. Mowery was WAY WAY overpriced compared to others and ultimately couldn't fix the problem. Had I gone with this company, I would have paid thousands for a new system and been without a/c for weeks. Instead, it was a simple, inexpensive fix to get me through the summer. Extremely disappointed in this company, will absolutely never call again.

They have been bought out and they are now Mowery. They are located in Brownsburg. The service people were very knowledgeable. I thought the price was not extremely reasonable but probably the going rate. They were prompt, did the job correctly as far as I can tell. I was happy with their service. They weren't cheap but they were good. They were right on time.

I chose their service based off of a presentation from Tim Shields. He came to my house a few times before we decided to use him, and I am very pleased with their services. He also came with out to our house to give us rebate paperwork for his services. We were extremely satisified. I have talked to a lot of people and I was highly impressed with his quote and his background.

Service technician Brian Pennington arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning the outside condensing unit. He took all of the outside panels off of the unit and washed the coils and all surfaces of the cabinet. He even used car wax to polish the external metal surfaces of the unit. Electrical and pressure measurements were made to ensure that the unit was operating properly. He checked the filter in the inside furnace and visually checked the evaporator coil by removing a service panel. Service technicain Brian Pennington was very professional, cleanly dressed, and answered all of my questions. I will certainly request Brain for any further service work on my heating and cooling system.

Everything went well. They did an excellent job.

Service tech informed me of the problem and cost to fix before he did the work. He was very clear with the problem and wore shoe covers before walking on my off-white carpet. Checked make sure the furnace was working alright before leaving.

Their service worked out just fine. They were punctual, on time, neat, and clean. I had no problems with them. I wanted a specific brand and they had the product I wanted.

They did a great job. They came when they said they would, they got everything up and running very quickly, and we are very happy with the units that we purchased.

They were prompt, reasonably priced, and kept the installation clean and tidy.

They come out for maintenance work. They are flexible with their appointments and have been easy to work with. They are on time and their work has always been satisfactory.

I have had good luck with them. They charge me for the whole year and I have a contract with them. They always do their job. They clean everything. They inspect everything and run all the tests. It is a good investment. When spring comes, they come out and check the air-conditioning and everything. They come out twice a year for that price. They do a good job and they are excellent. There is no doubt about that. Other companies that I have dealt with just didn't give me the service. These people have done very well from the very beginning. The price is excellent. They call me and make sure that my schedule fits and everything works. If they say they are going to be here at a certain time, they are.

Monday evenining we discovered blower motor in furnace was not blowing hot air into the room. Called Mowery about 9:00 pm. Jay Lee came shortly and checked it out and told me it had to be replaced. He would order a new one and call us when he had it. We did have baseboard heating in the lower level of our house so we had some heat while waiting for the new blower motor. Wednesday morning Mowery called to say the motor had arrived and Jay Lee installed it that morning. We are certainly satisfied with their service.

I have been using them since 1994 or 1995. I have an annual service contract with them for both the air conditioner and the heater. All of them are really good. I have had a very nice experience with them.

Dan and Tyler arrived ready to install a new humidifier I had ordered over the phone. After looking at our new furnace and crawling under the house to check our vent system they recommended (and explained why) a different type of humidifier. The system they recommended and installed was $1000 less than the humidifier I ordered. What a novel idea---technicians that want to install what's best for the customer---not what's the most expensive and makes the company the most money. The install was quick, clean and the humidifier does a great job. Mowery is our type of customer friendly company!
