The plumber was A-1 and knew his business. Very professional yet friendly. Would call on the same firm if needed in the future.

They could not leave such a mess and just be neater when they work and they could listen more to what you want done.

We had estimates done and they were very good at explaining the best system for our home. We had an estimate on Friday and they installed on Tuesday. I was impressed. The owner paid a visit during installation to thank us for using them. He even sprayed the wall where our whole house humidifier had leaked and caused mold. I like the extra steps taken and making me feel appreciated. They took extra care to make sure it was properly installed with our whole house HEPA System

I was under an existing maintenance agreement with ComfortMaster for heating and a/c. It is my understanding that the owner retired and Mowery assumed the maintenance agreements for former ComfortMaster clients. Service performed in June was a basic clean and check of my a/c system. The technician was running late because of appointments prior to mine, but I was advised of the time he would be able to get to my home, and he was right on time. He did a very thorough cleaning of the condenser unit and the inside unit. I had purchased a new garden hose nozzle the evening before and when I went to use it, discovered there was no washer in it so water sprayed out from the connection to the hose. I was going to return it and get a different nozzle, but Mr. Roglan had a washer on his truck that fit the hose nozzle and fixed the problem, so it saved me a trip back to Lowe's and the hassle of a return. He was polite, professional and did a great job of servicing my a/c, even though it was at the end of a very long, hot day for him. He also gave me some tips for preventive maintenance on my a/c system.

He never cleaned out my drain like he was supposed too, however he did unclog my sink,but in the process he unscrewed my faucet witch allowed water to s*** out. I asked him about it and he said sometimes that happens. He then screwed it back on and then water continued to seep out from under the base of it. The man left, I went to turn on my faucet and it was still leaking. I called the company and I told them that they needed to come back out to fix it. They came out to fix it, but they charged me another $ 132.00 on top of what I had already paid. I did not create this problem so I feel that I should not have had to pay the company more money for there mistake.

It went pretty well. Tony came in on time, and very nice, and got the job done. I am pretty happy, will use this company again.

They replaced the unit, and did a very good job.

It went well the only thing was we had to schedule to come out on a second day to complete work

I was with another company for over 30 years and their service used to be great, but they kept getting more and more unreliable within the past 4-5 years. Our air conditioner quit working and I was talking with my son about it. He knew we had been dissatisfied with the company we had for so many years, and he suggested I call Mowery to come out and check it. I called and they had Doug come out the same day. He found the problem and made the most cost effective recommendation for us for repair. I've decided to start a new maintenance contract with Mowery for the 2x year cleaning and I once again feel confident our equipment will be optimally maintained. Thank you Doug!

They didn't work out. The valve was of course on the outside of the condo and I told the gentleman the general area that I thought it was in and there was mulch over it and he kind of took his foot and moved the mulch around a little bit and said he couldn't find it. So I got a rake and shovel, moved the mulch away and dug around to try and find the pipe while he stood there and watched me. I thought I got my money back on that one too. They even dispatched to the wrong location.

Excellent experience! On time and did a great job. A little pricey but seems to be the case with any plumbing work.

My double kitchen sink in my two year old house stopped draining and since I always try to repair things myself I tackled the job. First I tried disassembling the pipes below the sink to remove any blockage. The pipes and p-trap were clean with very little residue so that obviously wasn't the problem. I next tried running a drain auger powered by my hand drill through the drain branch as far as my 25 foot auger would extend. When that didn't help either and the sun was going down I turned to Angie's List and found the $99 Big Deal for drain cleaning offered by Mowery. Since I live in Whitestown and they are located in Brownsburg I was hopeful they would be able to service me sooner than later. That turned out to be true as I called them right after purchasing the Big Deal (approximately 5:30 PM on a Thursday evening). I spoke with Hanna who was very friendly and professional and she was able to set up an appointment for the first service call the next morning. Their service technician Heath called me the next morning to notify me he was on his way at 7:45 AM and arrived promptly. Heath impressed me right away with his courtesy and professionalism. We discussed the situation and he gathered his equipment and began work. He ran their contractor level power auger approximately 47 feet into the main drain line and told me he had encountered obstructions in a couple areas that were either pipe junctions and/or obstructions. After he removed the auger and put the pipes back together he tested the drains by filling the sinks & running hot water down them successfully. I was impressed with their service and professionalism and the cost was extremely reasonable for the work provided. In addition, Heath was very thorough and explained what he was doing and suggested a product called Bio Clean as a preventive maintenance procedure to potentially avoid a similar issue in the future. I highly recommend Mowery and will use them again as now that I know they also do HVAC I plan to use them for my semi-annual service for my AC and Furnace.

He was very nice and very professional. He brought his equipment in and had the pipe cleaned out and the water draining in just a few minutes. He explained where the clog was and ways to avoid clogs in the future.

Quick and efficient. Plumber showed up promptly and was done within 15 minutes. No problems since. Will definitely use their services again.

The repairman spent a long time just trying to get the right setting on his voltmeter which was a red flag to me as I am an electronics engineer. He finally diagnosed the problem as a bad gas valve and gave ma a quote of $1072.50 to replace it, $860 if I purchased a $226 service agreement!!! So I didn't really trust his troubleshooting or believe that the price was fair. I looked up the price for the part online and it was $250. So I called another who I had spoken to before who seemed to be an honest vendor. His wife gave me the names of a few vendors who sold parts for less but said she doubted the valve was bad. Her husband called me later and, because of my electronics background, talked me through some troubleshooting tips. Using his tips we were able to fix the problem using no parts. So I had paid Mowery $85 for a service call for their repairman to misdiagnose the problem and the part markup speaks for itself.

Very efficient. The technician clarified an issue about the capacitor, which pleased me.

Could not get the bathroom tub drain to function properly. Recommended daily treatment that did not work well. I have to find someone that can get the drain unblocked.

I called to arrange for an in home estimate. One was scheduled for about a week out, on a day I knew I could arrange time to meet during the afternoon. The day of the appointment I got a call from Jay. He wanted some information about the work I was interested in. He quickly said he didn't want to waste my time if they didn't offer what I needed. But the more I think about it, it was his time he did not want to waste. I told him I wanted a fireplace insert for an existing fireplace, he gave me a price of $2500. He said I could take some measurements and go online and look at the product. As I have done more research it is clear there are several options and more than one fireplace product that could work for me. So my complaints about this business are twofold. First, I waited about a week for the estimate appointment and went out of my way to leave work early. Jay could have called me a lot earlier, instead of waiting until that day "get some information." This wasted my time and kept me from moving forward with the project. Secondly, Jay really should have come and looked at the fireplace and the space it is in. When I examined the fireplace later (It in my rental house, so not where I currently live) I discovered I had given him some incorrect details. He might have had some other ideas for the installation had he been willing to make the drive to my house. I called this business initially because they are an Angie's List preferred provider. With the lazy customer service I received, I really don't see how they earned this high rating.

We hired them to fix our fireplace pilot light and thermocouple. The technician tried to upsell my wife on a new vent less fireplace rather than fix the problem. He claimed he couldn't identify any part numbers on the components, therefore he couldn't make any repairs. I phoned Mowery and demanded the technician call me and explain himself. He called and apologized for not taking the time to clearly explain himself to my wife. He still insisted he could not make the repair unless he could identify the part numbers of the pilot and thermocouple. We questioned his integrity and consulted two prominent fireplace dealers and they both laughed at what he told us, then quickly and easily defined the solution and provided the remedy for $27.95 ! We had another contractor finish what Mowery refused to do and things are working perfectly. I phoned Mowery and requested a refund but have not heard anything back, so we filed a dispute with our credit card company

Jay a Mowery Representative came out to go over our options and pricing, he was very professional, informative and friendly. Tyler and Cody installed the furnace, they did a excellent job and also were very professional and friendly. We use Mowery for our regular maintenance on our HVAC and water heater which is why they keep running way beyond their life expectancy.

He was extremely thorough. He discovered that my sink line was not tied into the main sewer line. He snaked the line and also put a scope through the entire system. He provided me with two options to correct the problem.
