We are very happy with the service that we receive from Mishler. Their technicians are very professional, courteous and dressed very professionally. They always ensure that the repairs are done well, and clean up after their work very nicely. They have always quoted a very fair price, and, they have always stayed within the price they quoted. We will continue to use, and refer Mishler for all of our plumbing needs!

Everything went great overall. Mishler Plumbing (317-496-6383) was prompt and completed the installation in very good time. Nate the owner made sure to come out and visit the site and assigned the work to his team. All members of the organization were professional and courteous. They took special care not to track dirt in and did a very clean job removing the old salt softening system. After the install there were some system challenges due to a manufacturer's defect in one of the components. They promptly came back to help resolve the situation and schedule the installation of a replacement unit. We are very pleased with their service. Everything went well on the day that the plumber came to install the two sump pumps and connect the piping to carry collected water outside. The plumber was efficient, professional, neat despite the fact that he had to go down into a muddy crawlspace through a tiny entrance located in our kitchen pantry, and good-humored. We were able to get the work scheduled and completed within a week's time, just in time for the next company to come in and encapsulate the crawlspace and install a vapor barrier. Mishler's prices seemed appropriate for sump pumps and for labor. Nate Mishler, president of the company, was also very professional when he came to discuss what we needed to have done, and he worked very professionally and cooperatively with the company that would be installing the vapor barrier. Nate made sure that our plumbing work would be done in time for the next phase of work in the crawlspace that was already scheduled. My husband and I were impressed by how well the whole project went. We definitely will be using Mishler Plumbing again, In fact we plan to make Mishler's our plumbing company instead of the plumbing company we had relied on for more than 25 years: that company's prices had gone up considerably when the company was sold a few years ago to a bigger outfit that handles both plumbing and heating.

Nate came to us through a mutual connection, as we have had issues with standing water in our yard, backed up bathroom drains and water coming through floor drains in our basement. Nate was exceedingly professional from the moment we contacted him, and very punctual. All of this in spite of us changing the times and dates when we wanted him to come out. After having a third-party camera our drains, he gave us no-nonsense opinions about what we needed fixed. He could have recommended digging up our yard, etc. but didn't. He instead sent one of his employees to clear our basement floor drain, efficiently and reasonably priced. Should we run into major issues, Nate will be the first we will call.

Our sewer started backing up into a shower at 9:00 sunday evening while we had company staying at our home. We called Nate Mishler and he had one of his technicians working on it by 9:30. He removed the toilet from one bath and tried to auger the line with no success, so he did the same with bathroom 2 and after 10 min. we were clog free. Total time form initial phone call to clog free was 65 min. Our technician Don was very professional and left the bathrooms clean considering the circumstances, and other than the auger noise you wouldn't have known he was there.
