The service was wonderful! The man was pleasant, and checked everything that needed to be checked.

It was a major job. They were polite, and the fee was high but reasonable. Years later, I haven't had any problems.

Very happy with the work performed by Russell. I had planned to replace our 15 year electric water heater and I was able to get the exact gas water heater I wanted. The installation went well although we did experience an issue with our pressure tank which required it to be replaced. This was the original pressure tank so it is not surprising it was not working at 100%. During the install, the sediment filter started leaking and even though it was hard to determine what caused it, Nate Mishler made it right by me. The second trip involved extending our gas line to connect to a pool heater. We went through a couple of iterations before finding a solution that worked best. It allowed for the pressure increase to be regulated closer to each of the devices, insuring proper gas pressure for the pool heater, furnace and water heater. I am very satisfied with the work and responsiveness. Having an owner that is willing to contact you after hours and follow-up to make sure there are no issues is appreciated. There is general concern on their part to make sure it is right for the customer.

The problem I knew I had was we would have a lot of water pipe pounding every time the washing machine would fill/stop as a load began. Then I learned that this was caused by higher than advisable water pressure which was causing a water hammer effect with the washing machine. I was referred to Mishler through a contractor friend. Mishler came as scheduled. They were polite and efficient. The job was done well and the water hammer effect was eliminated. We did have some problems of low water pressure in the upstairs. Mishler accommodated our need promptly and came out to make an adjustment to address the problem.

I rated their professionalism D since they would leave a customer in a bind for a a Job and hide what material/fixtures they would use.: (this is now 3 months later, the shower is crap (hard to use, short life (MTBF = will have be replaced in 5-7 years), the plumbing material, plastic tubing is the cheapest you can find at Menard's or Lowes, thin and brittle which means the ceiling down stairs will have to be redone in about 5-7 years when the cheap plastic cracks or the separates and again ruins the ceiling. . They damaged the other bather room wall a left it damaged.end of recent edit) The leak turned into them tearing out all the cement board, tile and replacing the Porcelain tub with a fiberglass tub leaving exposed the studs surrounding the Tub shower insert. In other words half a job which they said they would do. Initially they said maybe they could get someone to finish the job, when they didn't, if I had it over again, I would have turned them away. Bottom line If not for luck my family would be without a bathroom for at least six weeks or more. Most Contractors would not respond, the ones that did said they were book till July, except for one,. three days later Well Done Handyman called and was able to start to work the next day, (Friday). With the cure time it will be several days before all the work, cure, then work, cure is complete (three days for the last cure due to the anti-fungus fully sets in the gout per the container, since they had other work lined up, I will be fit in around their schedule (they did have two free-days Friday-Monday for Jose who is doing the work) Price works about to about 180 dollar hour+/- . I just hope the fixture is not a cheap one ( it is<,, current edit) . They did not provide a material list, which is not professional at all. BTW, the plumber was not that good in detection and response on how to attack the problem (Bottom line I will pay 4 Grand to fix a leak. No new floor or cabinets, no new paint, just repaired what the plumber destroyed. To be fair I could have fired the plumber, I had a weak moment the pressure of getting the bath back in operation, I suppose.. I rated quality D due ti it being an unknown and was not ever disclosed, since I do not know what he put in. It could be an A or an F minus for substandard material. Well Done Handyman said the work was fine, it would be that way if they did it (hire a plumber, since they do not do plumbing. I am staying with my rating since it was luck they had an opening, but it will be 7-10 day before (two weeks to 17 days since the plumber finish his job) we can use the bathroom turned out to be 8 days. recent edit.(:

Tried to get an estimate over the phone for installation of a kitchen faucet. They could only give me an estimate if they provided the faucet which did not make any sense. They would give me an estimate after they came to the house. Others plumber were able to give an estimate. I am using another plumber.

They did a great job. Showed up on time, did the work in less time that was quoted me. Will definitely be using their services again.

there were some minor damages to a door step but other than that the work was good!

From the initial call, to completion of work, I couldn't have asked for better service. They were able to get me in the next day, Mark was very polite and got right to work, and everything looks great and works perfectly. The price was fair and actually ended up being less than the estimate given over the phone. I would definitely hire Mishler Plumbing, again, and highly recommend them to others!

The appointment was made last week, and the guys called first thing this morning. The punctuality was appreciated. They were on time, friendly and professional. They quickly made an initial diagnosis, and completed the work. It turned out to be a simple job. It wasn't the first time I have used Mishler and it wont be the last. Nate is fantastic and his trusted crew is great.

Every one from the initial phone call to the service was excellent. I even received a follow up call to make sure that the service met my expectations and I received a thank you card in the mail also. This was my first time using this company and they were recommended by another contractor. It was very refreshing to receive such excellent service. Good customer service is hard to come by these days it seems.

Everyone very nice from initial call though repair. I called for service 8/5/15, was scheduled for 8/12. I asked to be placed on wait list for cancelationsale and was called the very next day. Mark was able to repair the problems in about an hour. He was friendly, professional & tidy. His description of repair: "Clean and regreased packing on cold shutoff for washing machine. Tighten & tested ok.

I called to inquire about installation of a store bought garbage disposal upon a referral. They took my call and were prompt and courteous. In fact, I was placed upon the schedule for later in the day and they were on time -- a little early in fact. The scheduler called me back twice to confirm. Jeff and his colleague removed the old disposal and replaced it with a new one and in no time I was up and running. I could not have been more satisfied with the service. I wish though the price was a little lower. They charge the service call and then for an hour of work even though it only took them a half an hour to complete the job.

We just joined Angie's List as we are looking to do some repair and remodel work. I found Mischler's Plumbing and wanted to write a review. It's been a while since they did the work for us, but was more than satisfied with the work they did. Quote was fast, courteous and more than fair. The plumbing tech was professional, clean cut and did great work. I will definitely hire them again as we schedule the new work around the house.

Called Mishler's after the main water pipe to the house broke. They came out within a couple of hours, determined the problem and promptly repaired it. So appreciate the quick response! Would highly recommend them and will certainly call them if we have another plumbing issue.

They're exceptional. I'd recommend them to anyone. They're always wonderful. We're having them out again soon.

We needed help ASAP. I was referred to Mishler by a good friend. After already calling two other plumbing companies who promised to call back, Mishler responded almost immediately. They kept the communication line open with me, continually updated me on the progress, called to let me know they were finished, and then called later to ask me how everything went. I was happy with their service. They were not only professional, but refreshingly knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Thank you, Nate, for having such an excellent staff!

Their pricing was better than other estimates I had received. Scheduling was good and they arrived on time. They do nice work. They are very clean and personable. We are very pleased with their service.

We have an older home so the pipes had to be cut and welded together. He was quick and did a good job.

Called yesterday when i discovered a crack/leak in the pipe. They said they could be here today around 1 PM. This was very acceptable to me. Sure enough, a call came in around 1, saying they were on their way. Arrived shortly afterwards. Did a quick inventory of what needed to be fixed, ran to get parts and had the issue complete in 3 hrs. Again, very acceptable. Did charge a $85 trip charge on top of parts and labor, a little salty. Did not offer an Angie's list discount. My technician was helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.
