Price was competitive but decided to go with a supplier that I had used in the past.

They were great! I thought something was wrong with my wheels, but they confirmed that it is the tire which saved me a lot of money with another mechanic.

He has done work previously in other cars. The guys at the front desk seem to know their stuff. They have always been good about taking care of things if something didn?t work right.

I called at 11:30 am, they got me in at 1:00 pm. They aren't always able to accomodate that quickly, but I appreciated that they did for me. We have used them before and will use them again. They are honest and fair.

After being insulted by Midas with an estimate of over $400 for a new starter, I was very pleased with my dealings with Mears. Their estimate was very reasonable, and they went out of their way to return the bad starter to O'Reilly and work out a refund to go toward the bill (note: O'Reilly was not their normal parts supplier).

The problem was corrected at the estimated price and schedule. Appropriate communication was provided to let me know when to expect the repairs to be complete.

We have used them for several years now. Their rates are reasonable and they do excellent work.

Great! Went in on a Saturday (they were swamped)...but was out within one hour. Was worth the wait (since it was free). They are very professional and courteous.

Normally I'm not in a hurry to have repair work done. Within 4 hours it was back on the road again leaving town. Also, I was given a choice to have a generic converter or original part. If I'd gone with the cheaper part I was told I should expect a check engine light to come on at times. It was explained why. I choose to use the original Toyota equipment. I did price other places but no one mentioned about a problem down the road. Even after calling them back. I did check with a few other people I know personally and said Mears was correct.

A week ago I took my 1994 Toyota truck to them because it was not starting properly. They kept the truck for a week running test on it every day. They didn't find anything wrong with it so they didn't charge me for the service and the test. Kenny the owner is very honest and he will stand behind his work. One time my Jeep wasn't running they picked up the Jeep and dropped it off after they were finished so that I could complete my deliveries.

They were good about getting back to me on problems that came up, and letting me know what the different costs were going to be. Also about making sure I was willing to go ahead and spend that amount of money to get things done.

We have already hired them to fix the compressor on my wife's car. They have a nice shop and are nice people. They listen to what you are saying. They try to accommodate.

Our van had difficulties starting on the first or second try. On Friday, another service manager of a tire store highly recommended Mears and promptly gave me their number. I called and was told to bring the van in on a Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem before noon and gave us an estimate. They replaced the starter and finished the work around 2:00 pm. The cost with labor was much less than we had expected. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They've always done a great job with my cars. They've also told me when I didn't need work done or if I needed to take it somewhere else.

They make sure the work is done correctly and that the issue is fixed before giving the vehicle back. I have used them for almost 20 years and they are always honest and do not make unnecessary repairs.

When I picked the car up, they said they had found a loose connection but weren't sure if it was really the problem. They said I owed them NOTHING! It's been a couple of weeks now, and we have experienced no further problems. I will definitely be giving them more business.

They were very prompt. Parts were special ordered, and I was squeezed in and back on the road the next day.

JOB 1: THEY KEEP MY CARS RUNNING. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. JOB 2: THE OWNER KEN MAKES YOU PART OF HIS BUSINESS. HE OR HIS EMPLOYEES EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO YOU CAR AND WHY. ALSO, YOU MAY TAKE IT TO YOUR PERSON TO GET A SECOND ANSWER. I'VE HEARD GOOD REPORTS FROM THE PEOPLE I'VE REFERRED TO MEARS.
