It went great. They were on time and very professional.

I appreciated the service but he tried to charge me more than the deal agreed upon.

I was very pleased with the work that Steve performed. I was not expecting all the damage and neither did he, but I am very happy with the results. I will be using their services for maintenance. I do not want to have the issues that I encountered ever again.

The Diagnostic Inspection revealed a low airflow. After Dryer Vent Cleaning airflow increased significantly. Purchased annual contract for inspection and cleaning.

The results were everything I hoped they'd be. The cleaning upped airflow from 10.6 mph to 27 mph, which essentially cut typical drying time in half. I expect to save upward of $25 a month on electric bills. Service was prompt and honest. I knew going in that parts needed replaced, and they installed top of the line on each. Great job all around.

They came out and inspected my dryer vents, but my vent hose was not up to today's dryer vent hose code. Now they have to be a solid hose. Mine was flexible with a wire running through it. They couldn't work with that, but they offered to replace it. I wasn't ready to pay the extra fee at that time, but they were very nice. I would consider using them in the future to replace the hose.

Scott (technician) was great to work with, I would highly recommend him. I had issues with scheduling though. I scheduled service 3 weeks in advance and was given a window of 8-9am. I called the office at 8:30am to confirm I was on the schedule for that morning, which I was. I called back at 9:30am when no one had shown up or called yet, and the office told me that they tried calling the technician and were unable to get in touch with him, not given any additional information. I finally received a call from the technician at 10:15am, he arrived at 10:30. He was not told about my appointment until 10am that morning (showed me the e-mail/assignment to prove it). Disappointed with scheduling and communication with office.

Everything went fine except that they tried to ask me some extra charge on to it but finally at the end they put it off because we refused to pay it. It was a $49 roof net charge but it was pre-printed on the receipt and was not included plus our vent is on the side of the house so he didn't have to go on the roof. We did buy a new flapper for the side of the house that has a magnet on it so we paid a little extra for that. He started at $79 for it and we got it for $50. He did a job on the clean up, I have to admit. We told the gentleman that it was a deceptive practice that the company was running so he took it off. I will not do business with them again.

Dryer vents are all that they do. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He did a good job explaining the work that needed to be done. With regard to price, I didn’t really get any other prices.

Very clear communication. Prompt and extremely courteous and polite. Scott, the technician, accessed the situation and outlined the work. Once approved, he quickly and professional performed the repairs. Afterward, he explained some preventative maintenance suggestions. Great service performed by a professional. I would recommend and use the service again.

It went great and they were great to work with. It was a simply service, but with the inspection the process took about an hour. I would definitely use them again.

Steve arrived slightly later than he said he would be here, but diagnosed the problem quickly. He came back the next day and finished the job in a reasonable length of time. Efficient, courteous and helpful!

Steve Dean was the technician that was sent out. He was awesome! He performed an air speed test, evaluated my dryer vent run, and diagnosed the condensation problem. My vent run was around 19 feet. I have had these issues in the past, but I had just bought a new dryer. I asked him to revent the run. He consulted with the owner and they felt it would not help. At least, I knew they were not out to take all my money or do unnecessary work. Steve put a proper vent on my dryer and outside vent and cleaned the vent. This increased my air speed from 5 to 18.8 mph. Ever since, the condensation has gone and the dryer has been performing as designed. Before a load of towels took hours and sometimes two to three cycles. Now, it takes one cycle around one hour. Highly recommend this company.

I needed to have a new dryer vent installed in a different location from the old one. The Dryer Wizard people came out all the way from Indianapolis. They started immediately to relocate the new vent and had it completed very quickly. They did it in a very professional manner and explained to me before they started the project, where they were putting the dryer vent and why.

Honestly... there was some initial confusion about the scheduling -- but when I reached out to them, they made good on everything and stood behind it. Also the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We no longer need to check if a dryer load is fully dry or if it needs to be re-run... it works efficiently now.

They were actually very good. They came out. There wasn't any dislikes. He was very accommodating. It worked out very well. They were very knowledgeable. They did great work. They were very honest and informative of what's going on.

They installed over 17 feet of piping through the crawl space and added the new vent. Everything was caulked and sealed as well. I'm very happy with the results.

Can't say enough about this company. Put the right vents on my dryer instead of the non fireproof ones that the installers used. Doug was very professional. Would definitely use this company again.

Not scheduled as they could only tell me every house is vented differently - like I don't know that already! They want to do an inspection then tell me the cost - I want a ball park figure as I don't want to waste my time to have them do an inspection then determine the cost is too high!

Steve and Glenn were on time, reviewed all of the prior work done by another vendor and assessed what could be fixed and upgraded given the limitations of our space. The airflow in our system was less than 1 mph (maybe 0 mph) and after their work it went to 23 mph. The prior work was not installed correctly in the crawl space and used a material which wouldn't wear well. They replaced all of the faulty work, secured it appropriately, used a combination of rigid and semi-rigid material coming out of the dryer so it wouldn't get crimped. They then cleaned the duct work out completely and installed a new outside vent to replace one I had poorly installed myself. All-in-all a very professional installation and service call. Went from having an almost brand-new dryer take 2-3 cycles to dry to being only 1 cycle. Very satisfied with the service and the quality of the work.
