EXPERIENCED SINCE 2009. Dryer Vent Service is our ONLY BUSINESS and ENTIRE FOCUS, NOT a sideline or secondary business. We are locally owned and operated with on-going dryer vent training including exclusive ELITE CERTIFIED TECH training. We do all that is necessary (cleaning, repairing, re-routing, or new installations) to assure dryer vents are safe and efficient. We are dedicated to courtesy and care for the homeowner and the home, with promised and guarantee satisfaction. Dryer vent service begins with an important safety and efficiency inspection. The service begins only after the homeowner approves a written quotation. At the conclusion of the service, the documented dryer efficiency inspection assures that the dryer vent is clean to improve home safety and reduce dryer utility costs. We are dedicated to your pleasant experience and will do what is required to assure you are happy with our services. Service area covered: All of Central Indiana including the Bloomington, Columbus and Lafayette areas.

Description of Work: They came twice. Once to tell us our dryer was dad then came back after we had the dryer fixed and wanted to charge 800.00 to clean the vent and install new tubes. They were very rude and upfront about money. They didn't care about our dryer system...all they cared about was cols hard cash. My Mom is retired and I have MS. Pretty bad to take advantage of folks like us.

Description of Work: The technician inspected and cleaned the dryer duct-work in my condo from the floor level inlet to the roof level outlet. He had to access the duct-work from the attic and worked quickly with excellent results. Flow tests were performed before and after to confirm improved performance. Well done. Since this service will need to be performed regularly, I opted to pay the $29 Customer Protection Plan fee on this visit only which eliminates the Diagnostic/Inspection fee of $49 on future visits. I was also given a $20 discount for being an Angie's List member.
